I had a horrible experience in this place. They didn’t have the right tools to do what I want and they insisted to do a different nail style. And when they couldn’t deliver what I want they start talking on there own language. I spent 90 dollars for a service and style that I didn’t like. Don’t go here.

Service was terrible. I got an eyebrow wax and the person who did my eyebrows burned me! Then they blamed me for insisting that it was my "sensitive skin" but I've been doing eyebrow waxing for a while now and this has never happened. Do not go.

Very friendly personnel and reasonable prices. Kathy does a great job in waxing eyebrows and pedicures. Lisa, Linda, Christie do a great job with pedicures. I've been coming here for over 20 yrs and have tried other nail shops but the ladies here are just very friendly compared to other places.

Had a very bad experience here. Won't be coming back. My daughter had pedicure with her regular technician and requested the same technician to do my pedicure so I can try her. My daughter then requested another lady to do her manicure instead. The other lady never came to do her manicure after she was done with her client. My daughter waited for the other girl during the entire time my pedicure was being done, only to find out the other girl was already in the room doing somebody else. We paid and just left very upset. The other girl who made us wait in vain should be fired. She is bad for the business because of her attitude. We think she dislikes the fact that she was just being a substitute because my daughter's regular technician accommodated me that's why my daughter did ask for her. She should have refused to do my daughter outright instead of making her wait in vain. We do not know if the gentleman who seems to be the manager even knew about what's going on and said nothing. They were speaking Vietnamese that we did not understand. Not professional at all. To Kim: better keep a close watch at your employees. I used to go there before and you already lost me then. This time I won't be coming back for good!!!

The service was great! It was packed, but I was seen immediately, and I was thinking they were going to rush due to many customers, but NOPE.. She was very thorough and extremely polite. I found my new place!! I HIGHLY recommend Alpha Nails!!
