Verdi Club

I love the Verdi Club. It's recent transformation during the pandemic really gives it a proper vintage vibe. Great for parties, receptions, weddings and dancing. Speaking of, they host a monthly old school dinner dance with live music. A great date night!

I went there for a salsa afternoon on a Sunday. It was brilliant! Lovely dance floor and facilities in general. Very friendly place.

Went to the Edgar Allen Poe Speakeasy. Great deal for $55. Drinks didn't match the pictures, but the performers were very good and entertaining. The venue was clean and easy to get in and out. Easy parking within a block or two. Felt very safe in the area.

I love Verdi Club, the vintage vibe is really cool. I only go for the Woodchoppers ball on Tuesday nights, which is the highlight of my week. There are great dancers, people, and amazing live bands.

Attended the club's anniversary event last night. Great as always. Dinner and 'show', with dancing with music provided by Halsey and the Hi-hats.

Beautifully renovated space with monthly dinner dances. Dinner includes appetizers, main, salad,sides and dessert. If you love to dance or even just watch, it's a fun atmosphere. Check Eventbrite for dinner dance tickets.

I come here for swing dance lessons, and it is really fun. The live bands at the end makes this place so fun to be at. People will go around to look for partners to dance with, and it is a great way to practice, leading or following. It looks like they have other dance types on other days of the week too. I agree with the other post where they said that it gets hot and stuffy. I wish that they would serve bar snacks because I often have to come before I even get dinner and walking around to the nearest Safeway wasn’t a great jaunt in nice clothing. Highly recommend anyone looking to learn and find a dance community here.
