Pretty Please Social Room

When during New Year Eve, to bring in the New Year, and man. This place is so popular, especially waiting in a longer line, to get in. The drinks are good, but they're quite expensive. If you haven't done money to spend to dance the night away, especially I see security guards everywhere searching for people, who are costing a trouble commotion, at least they are doing their jobs, as long as you don't act a fool. The bathrooms are kind of small, you have to wait till a long line, until it's your turn. This place has its problems. At least they get a ton of people during the weekend's to keep the business flowing.

Line was insane. DRINKS ARE minimum $20 each - do not go there. It was uncomfortably packed, bathrooms were overflowing and only 2 stalls for women. Just cause there’s no cover doesn’t mean you should be paying $20 per drink - Yours Truly isnt even that pricey!!

EXTREMELY DANGEROUS ESTABLISHMENT — AVOID AT ALL COSTS Pretty Please Social Room is one of the most dangerously mismanaged venues I have ever been in. From the start, there was zero crowd control. The line was chaotic, staff had no authority or organization, and it was clear that underage individuals with fake IDs were being allowed inside, which immediately created a safety risk for everyone there. Things escalated fast when a friend briefly stood on a chair singing. Instead of handling the situation calmly, multiple security staff aggressively rushed our group, yelling and using physical force immediately. There was no attempt to de-escalate. We were not resisting and were already in the process of leaving when security continued to push, surround, and intimidate us. I physically placed myself between security and my friends to prevent further escalation and repeatedly attempted to de-escalate the situation, yet staff continued acting in a hostile and reckless manner. What should have been a simple conversation turned into an unnecessary physical confrontation caused entirely by staff behavior. The treatment we received felt targeted and discriminatory, and the overall environment felt out of control and unsafe. This venue is a liability waiting to happen. If you care about your safety, do not come here. This place has no business operating the way it does.

Absolutely horrible bouncer and management on NYE. Horrible crowd control, directly rude for no apparent reason even though my group was kind and respectful. I get it can be a hard job and NYE can get extra rowdy but it’s not a good excuse to treat EVERYONE poorly. First time here and I do not plan to come back. Plenty of other fun places nearby with a better atmosphere.

The ladies are always so sweet ! There is one particular security guard, who is lacking in height , is very rude and needs to work on his conversation skills with ladies . We understand that the security needs to secure the place, but please be mindful of the ladies who wear heels and risqué fits ! Please dont shoved them out the way, they are tipsy and wearing heels ,slipping on tissue and lemon drop shots ! The area is small, and you can and will catch the "assailant" without harming others who are trying to have a good time !

Awful disappointing place. Bought a section on my friends birthday. The section was $130 and was suppose to come with a bottle, mixers, water and a sign. They dropped off the bottle and nothing else. They then told us they wouldn’t give us anything else bc we didn’t spend more than $250. We tried talking to the manager multiple times and she never came over to talk to us. They then told us bc we were done with the bottle we had to get out of the section, even though we paid for the section of the entire night. Mind you the bottle was worth $10. None of the sections were filled, we were the only ones (I wonder why). The bouncers were rude but felt bad that they had to follow the rules. (Talked shit on the owners). At this point we are disputing the charge and will not be back to pretty please.

I found this to be quite a pleasant establishment. I read these "negative" reviews and they are HILARIOUS!! "I got cut off but the time before I didn't and GOT BLACKED OUT DRUNK!" ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! HAHAHAHA!! I think this is ONE HIGH CLASS ESTABLISHMENT in the downtown metro! Don't listen to any idiots in these reviews that say otherwise!
