Greyhound: Bus Station

I definitely appreciate the cleanliness of this station!! Thank you because I’ve been to a couple that should be shut down. I’ve told this to corporate too so I thank you all for keeping this location clean and safe. It flowed there between the drivers and patrons so it made it easy to sit there and wait.

Lovely scenery near the Greyhound bus station in Montgomery Alabama, Cradle of the Confederacy!..."Alabama The Beautiful", Place of my Birth: Sweet Home Alabama!💯🖤🖤🖤💯🖤💯🖤💯Great to get out and take a quick walk if you have lay over time...great hotels near-by: Embassy by Hilton,luxury hotels as well as more economical ones.Super clean and quiet streets💯🖤💯.....And of course, Dexter Avenue Baptist Church, Rev Martin Luther Kings first Pastorate and the final stop on the famous Selma to Montgomery March for voting rights and other civil and Human Rights, the Capitol right there with Dexter Avenue Baptist, The Lynching Museum created by Famous attorney Brian Stevenson and on and on....all this American History just a car hop or walk from Beautiful Montgomery Bus Station💯

Super clean restroom and station. My bus stopped here on the way back to Atlanta. 1 star because I went to the restroom and one of the workers literally chased me into the ladies room and demanded to see my privates. It was odd. Hope it doesn’t happen to anyone else!

I arrived 10/30/25 at this bus station and to my surprise,the lobby was so well kept.what what really got me was the bathroom.now I that greyhound all the time and is pulling up to all types of bus station and some of those bathroom really stinks ..but the bathroom here was so dam clean no smell clean. If I could give 10 stars I would..and the employees was on point with everything..

The three stars goes to it closes very early. Mrs.Felicia greeted me and she was so helpful and was a Godsend I was able to know when they open if I was located in the right place. Cleanliness the morning the staff was doing a great job. It's a small building you could miss it if your not familiar. I'm thankful that I was safe by the security who done her job well. I was guided for scheduling my trip I say thank you all for being helpful in my travel needs.

I felt unsafe standing outside the terminal!!! lots of drug addicts etc ... the bus terminal is small !! needs too be larger!!!.. more city buses is needed .... Montgomery Alabama needs too more attractions

Terrible service... they messed up our travel. Been waiting on the bus for over 5 hours. We get here in Atlanta and we still have to call and get new tickets and wait another 3 hours to get to our destination
