I love this place I had not been here in probably 10 years and it’s no different if anything it’s become more nostalgic and comfortable. The staff is friendly the portions are generous. The sweet potato fries are amazing. The grilled cheese and tomato soup were just as I remembered that to be. Definitely worth making a trip to eat here it is not kid friendly after 8 PM. Awesome graffiti to walk around and look at all over the place!

About 8 years ago we had our employee Christmas party here. They accommodated about 50 of us and it went great. Just revisited again today just for a drink. Same friendly staff and funkalicious decor. So fun, love this place

This place is a nice laid back place. I enjoyed the drinks . The fries are a little bit greasy. The service is awesome . Definitely recommend

Have been coming here for 13 years. Consistently good. Simone's pizza can vary based on visit sometimes it it amazing and sometimes good. Very friendly staff. Great drinks

I just had something to drink but the atmosphere and service are a stress relief . Definitely will recommend and become a frequent one 👌

I recently visited Simone’s and had an extremely disappointing experience. There were only four people in the restaurant, yet our server ignored us for most of the part.He claimed to be the owner.When I asked for a mocktail, he refused to sell it to me without ID there is no liquor in a mocktail!!The cups we received were dirty, which is completely unacceptable. We asked for the check, and he forgot about us, never coming back to see if we needed anything else. Overall, the service was terrible! Now the food is pretty good & drink only after 7! Atmosphere is great after 7 but don’t come in for lunch they will ignore you! Sunday nights are a vibe🙌🏻

I’ve been coming to Simone’s for years now and have always loved the atmosphere and love for Hispanic culture. It’s a popular bar in Pilsen which is known for many things but most importantly keeping an authentic Mexican image. I was there a few days ago, and witnessed something incredibly heartbreaking. A woman approached a bartender and told him her friend had a Mexican passport/ID, she asked if he was allowed to come in. He then responded with no emotion and said " tell him I said welcome to America, he needs a U.S ID bye" as someone who has witnessed racism and have been judged because of my skin color; this was completely hard to witness.
