The Newport Theater

As always Fabulous experience at the Newport Theater. The shows are excellent!!! Staff is welcoming and happy to be there. They treat you like the VIP guests every time. It’s a Not-for-profit, speakeasy-style theater showcasing artist-produced variety, fringe, comedy, and interactive arts. 125-seat, upstairs venue with full bar, studio, and rentals.

This an amazing theater run by wonderfully talented people. Its truly an intimate experience. I would highly recommend seeing a show here. The bar is well stocked and the specialty drinks offered are delicious and constantly being updated.

Cozy. Very body and gender positive environment. VIP tables were at the front. There is an individual that gives you change to dollars to tip the entertainers.

It's 2025. We got this whole speech at the door about how everyone had to wear masks and they were ultra safe. Err... Okay, if everyone is doing it cool, whatever, date night. Apparently that only applies if your a customer. No performer, the change maker, or anyone interacting with the audience did. Got to watch a very sexy performer remove an audience members mask and put the gum from her mouth in his. It wasn't the political whining, it wasn't the grotesque "men" undressing, it wasn't even the worst pored drinks... It was the masks... It's 2025, I just spent all day wandering around hordes of people... This stupid thing is what is going to save me???

Perfect sized theater for local talent. Bartender was great, drinks were very good. Sound mixer was not working well for this show but everyone was incredible.

Best theater in the world. I've been coming here for shows since 2018, and the acts are of the greatest quality. Grab a friend, pick a show, it'll be a great time no matter what you pick, from comedy to dance and even burlesque. This is my home away from home.

What a marvelous space. I went to go see my friend Mark's show and just fell in love with the style of the theater and the layout. It's very small and intimate but full featured with the bar in the back. Good drink options and nice seating for the good sized stage. Staff is as nice as you'll find.
