We came here to celebrate my friend’s birthday and had such a great time! The show was super fun and entertaining from start to finish, the host had amazing energy and kept everyone laughing. The drinks were delicious, and the whole vibe was just perfect for a night out in NYC. Definitely recommend The Slipper Room for a fun and unforgettable evening!

Had an AMAZING time here. Almost every performer SLAYEDDD. Highly recommend for parties, birthdays, bridal celebrations, etc. My row had a very hammered couple in it and everyone handed them as professionally and smoothly as they could. Definitely bring cash although you can find the performers Venmo and stuff on the website.

My friends and I had an absolute BALL at The Slipper Room for my 25th birthday. Having never been to burlesque, I didn't know what to expect - but was left with my jaw hanging from both laughter and awe at the incredible performances. I had the pleasure of partaking in a tequila shot (or two) on stage for my birthday celebration, and felt both welcomed and filled with curiosity in this iconic establishment! Thank you Rachel (+ Kiwi) for the laughs and Wilfredo for the oddities, as well as the many other performers who made this a night to remember. Definitely adding Slippery Sundays into my rotation of haunts in this weird and wonderful city.

This place is absurd in the best way. Never know what you’re gonna get. Whether it’s elegance or a total freak show - it’s a game of chance, but it’s always a good time. I bring my friends from out of town, and it’s consistently the highlight of their trip.

Saw variety/burlesque show here on Saturday night. SOOOO good! Great thing to do on a weekend night. Talent is pretty good, but hey its NY. I suggest getting tickets with seating its very limited, if not its mainly general admission standing in an open area near the bar. The show is decently long (around 2-2.5 hrs w intermission), so standing that long will get a little rough.

Went here for the Sunday burlesque show and it was great. Really funny. Talented acts. A nice intimate venue that’s perfect for this type of show. The host was hilarious too! Tip: bring some small bills to toss on the stage to show the performers some extra love for their acts

Hosted a bachelorette party here. Since we bought the tix separately we were not able to secure the front seats which was a little bummer. But, they made us feel right at home. Sent us a server so we could order from them and not fight our way to the bar. We were able to enjoy the whole vibe from the secluded back section and had a great time! Magic tricks, great burlesque, a dreamy, erotic, fever dream! Highly recommend
