Associate attempted to over charge and pocket money but I caught and he was stunned. Later he physically assaulted a young black lady on camera and lied said he was the owner.

I forgot to write review about this place. The incident happened during 2019. I went there many years ago the person from the entrance when you ask for the arcade to have fun with someone the cashier was rude at that moment I was 19 and he thought I was minor, I showed my ID because I’m obvious legal adult and I had ID from Mexico because I didn’t have ID from Texas and the guy put his glassed and checked 5 times yes 5 times. It is hilarious and attitude how he treated the way to me after that I was able to go the arcade to meet some guys for for fun. After I left the place absolutely never going to steep this place. They need to practice Customer Service better.

The old guy who work in the morning super rude, mean , he yell at customer loud, he should get fire, there are many peopleneed to work and respect

pretty horrible customer service. I was trying to sell an item I have to the store. The guy at the register very quickly asked told me to come back when the manager come back in the morning on Monday (it was Sun). He then told me "I'm busy I have to do something else" (all he did was move somewhere else). I asked for a phone number, he said "we have no phone number, sorry!". I'm astonished they are still in business. He answered in an angry and impatient tone. I was shocked. Why is the guy there?

I like it because it's cheap and it's low-key but I do not like the fact that when I pay and I go in and I'm a smoker so when I want to smoke me a cigarette I have to leave and go out and I have to pay to get back in I don't like that I feel like once I'm in I should be in and I have to pay each time I go out to smoke a cigarette but we can't smoke in the back so you see what I mean

Very rude Asian man… unfriendly and unwelcoming… and told me to leave out the same way I came in. Don’t waste a time penny! Old and run down. They have hella products because no one wants to come in and purchase it. Rude!
