We had my daughter’s birthday party here, and everything was absolutely amazing! The service was fantastic, and Rosindo went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and that the party ran perfectly. He truly made the whole experience stress-free and special for us. Outstanding customer service! We highly, highly recommend this location!

This location is smaller but cleaner than the Round Rock location. Their system of stamping and scanning kids to their parents is a great idea but not effective when there are not enough employees to consistently monitor this process. The employees were all friendly and everyone working there tonight (2/28/26) was doing a great job of keeping the place clean and running smoothly.

Food was good. Kind of pricey. Games were fun. Able to play for a reasonable price for the whole family. Pictures taken there are included with game passes.

I had my kids party it was great. I just wish some of the staff was nice.

RUBY would not honor our coupon that the customer service people sold us on a birthday package. We are here now. With our party. And it’s a complete mess ! This place needs a new manager !

Kids had a great on all the many games, especially the interactive ones. Has a good variety for various ages. Chuck E, of course, lived up to his reputation, dancing and engaging the kids for a few minutes. They reserve spaces for birthdays if you want a one on one experience but you can walk in and have your party at regular tables without the Chuck E hanging out with you..overall, a good time to be had for all..from ages 1 to 99...enjoy!

I took my daughter for a birthday, she had fun throughout the time there, after we left she fell asleep on the car, but as soon as we got home she had the worst fever ever, I know kids touch absolutely everything in there with clean or dirty hands but maybe using sanitizer everyday during cleaning would cause less bacteria to spread. I normally wouldn’t leave a review, but as a mom I highly recommend not taking your toddler there, those 2 hours of fun are not worth seeing your little one in bed all night and day with a fever.
