Really miss this place, but even though I understand why they moved here from their original High Street location, this one ended up being further out of the way to get to. Same great personable staff, but the stock also felt reduced and more typical of your average Adam & Eve or Lion’s Den. The Chamber is the real loss, not sure where else in Columbus you can now get quality BDSM gear that you can first check out and talk with knowledgeable people about before buying.

Love the new location! The staff is super friendly and helpful. I came in with my partner and was able to find a couple outfits and a pair of shoes to match! Everyone in the toy section was so friendly and created a really comfortable experience for me and my partner. I will definitely be coming back here again soon!

WONDERFUL store and incredible staff. I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of sexy outfits available and a slew of fun toys for my partner and I!!! Could have browsed for over an hour! The store is extremely clean and very easy to navigate, there’s literally something for everyone. And if you couldn’t find any toys to purchase, you prolly should be visiting a different toy store…. They only have adult toys here. And they are extremely easy to find and browse about 😛 Can’t wait to revisit!!!!!

Always a super comfortable and exciting experience here- the staff is friendly, non-judgemental, and super helpful! They make sure what you need works properly and eases anxiety about the shopping experience that may be daunting to some. I love the jewelry and sticker selections too. Support this local, women owned, LGBTQ+ friendly business! You’ll be glad you did 😉

I've only ever had great experiences here. Going to lions den always feels so corporate and not very inclusive, the atmosphere here is very different. Women owned, inclusive and the employees are treated right and only have good things to say when I asked if they're hiring. The staff also is very helpful, patient and judgement free when helping their customers and it's always my go to place.

I honestly can't recommend this store. The staff are great (although they watch you like a hawk while you're browsing for items), and they do indeed have a variety of items you can select. But the prices are just way too high! Nearly every single item that I came across had a $10-$20 price mark-up from what you can find online-for the exact same product! Often times it's even more. I want to support local businesses, but not when I'm being actively ripped off and monitored by staff like I am a petty thief. I don't quite understand the justification for the prices either. If you are in a situation where you can't reliably order a toy online due to fear of somebody snooping through your packages then I suppose this could work. But other than that? A complete rip-off.

I’ve always had amazing customer service experiences at The Garden, but today blew me away. I was shopping alone downstairs and another customer I didn’t know walked up to me trying to ask my opinion and I immediately got scared. The two employees working at the counter quickly swooped in and asked the person if they needed help and, respectfully, to leave me alone. I left feeling completely happy with my purchases, but most importantly, I felt safe and taken care of by every Garden employee. Thank you so much!!!
