Jenna's Adult Toy Box

First visit to this store and ABSOLUTELY my last. The lady behind the counter basically told me if I didn't put my purse, my personal property, behind the counter then I could leave. So I did. I'm with #byejenna

Jenna’s Adult Toy Box is a great shop! They’ve got a fun variety of products, the quality is solid, and the prices are fair. The shopping experience was easy and comfortable, and the staff (or support) was super helpful and friendly. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for something new.

1st time visit and definitely my last. Came in to get a birthday gift and the lady at the counter gave me the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a while….surprisingly snobby for absolutely no reason. #byeJenna

i LOVE this stoar. fun folx that work there and they have a lots of fun toys. i'm really looking forward to going back for a couple fun things i have in mind! also, the girl with the mask is totally awesome <3

This store is in a great location that is easy to find and usually has plenty of parking. The inside is kept clean and organized and they have a wide variety of products packed inside. The products are named brand and competitively priced. The staff is usually friendly and knowledgeable. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the number of times I have gone during the listed business hours and the store was closed. I was told they are family owned and operated and close whenever they want, which is great for them but not for those who drive 30 minutes one way expecting the store to be open only to be disappointed when they aren't. If they informed customers via a social media post that the store would be closing early then I would definitely give 5 stars.

1st time here. Just moved here from Florida. Wow!!! How rude is the red head with the mask on!!! I walked in she told me to put my purse!!! Small cross body purse on the counter. I said I'm sorry what? She said put ur purse on the counter. I said no I will not do that I have money in my purse. She then said then go put it in your car. Lol I said no u will not be doing that either. No signs that day no purses aloud. She then says, then you can leave with her nasty attitude. I'll take my business elsewhere. It's like she was trying to have my belongings stollen!!!! Never again!

So I normally stop in here once a week every week for months now... There's only been twice where I've had to ring the buzzer to get in the door now I understand more the lady who's behind the counter is some odor white lady the first time I was pulling at the door she tells me well if the door is locked you need to ring the buzzer I come midday anywhere between 12:00 and 3:00 p.m. I'm not expecting the door to be locked but I pull out the door today and then remember the buzzer so I ring the buzzer and then I stand in front of the adult store waiting on her to unlock the door I order what I purchase every week she tells me my amount I hand her $100 bill she tells me next time don't do that I explained to her that's the only amount of cash I have on me and if that's all I have that's what I was going to spend if you didn't have change why would you accept it she tells me again next time don't do that I said well if you don't want my business she claims she's the owner of the store if you don't want my business that's fine just say that she continues to say have a great day sir as if she's rushing me outside of her store I will never come back and I would not recommend that anyone stops here at this store she said she's a small business owner and that is not fair of me to come in and spend money and give her $100 bill
