Spy Ninjas HQ

Had a great experience here at Spy Ninja. I would definitely visit again. The hospitality was great. From both bartenders but I can only remember Serena's name at the moment. The first bartender explained the drink specials and also recommended a mix they made themselves with discontinued Grey Goose which ended up being great and my drink of choice (definitely recommend). Peyton who was one of the agents in the rock climbing section was very nice interactive and knowledgeable. She recommended a good restaurant for us to try out. We love Spy Ninja. My daughter loves to come here every year for her birthday. The service is always awesome, and the staff make sure to follow all the rules, which makes us feel safe and comfortable. I also want to take time to mention Alieya, I hope I spelled it correctly. She really went above and beyond. She was everywhere, helping her coworkers at front and also helped us fix our pass problem. When we went to eat at the café, she was there again, helping another coworker. I was very impressed by her positivity. Even though the event was chaotic and busy, she kept a smile on her face the whole time and made sure to greet people. Thank you for doing your job so well. We really need more people like you in this world.

We came here all the way from Atlanta Ga. My grandson Zay loves the Spy Nijas! We were definitely not disappointed. Fun for everyone here. Zay had the time of his life and it was a pleasure to see the Spy Nijas on duty make sure he had a great time. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere! Dont hesitate to bring your kids here even if you have to travel. This was for his birthday present. 1/5 Thanks guys!

This is probably one of the best indoor play places that we have taken our kids to. My husband had a ton of fun climbing around through tunnels with the kids and on the ropes course. There are a lot of activities there that we do not do but look like a ton of fun. This is a great place for all ages. Even people without kids. For kids eight and under there is a dedicated area if they are nervous about being around bigger kids. I loved the arcade and thought that their prizes were better than most arcades.

We traveled to Las Vegas from Minnesota, and had an AMAZING time at the Spy Ninjas HQ! My 11 year old daughter is a spy Ninjas super fan, and I think this visit literally made her entire year. From the moment we walked in the door every single person was so friendly and helpful! My daughter is frightened of vacuums, and at one point someone was vacuuming, one of the staff noticed and led us an alternate way so we didn’t have to pass the vacuum, I wish I would have gotten her name. There are so many fun things to do here, the whole family was able to have a great time, including our 16 year old son. My daughter also got to meet Shinobi and Reo, and they took the time to take a picture and answer all of her Spy Ninja questions! She did want to meet Melvin but didn’t get the chance, so maybe we’ll have to make another trip some day 🙂 This was a wonderful experience that I’m sure my daughter will remember forever, thank you so, so much!

Lezlie was friendly and welcoming when I walked into the Spy Ninjas HQ cafe, I found a table and noticed it was not cleaned and in no time she came over to make sure it was good for use. She also gave me the days special and info on some foods I asked about. Thank you for being so warm and friendly with my experience in the Cafe. (:

I was at Spy Ninja this previous Saturday 01/31/26 to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. I truly have to give this place a 5 star! I wish I could give more! We walked in and Alieya welcomed us in the most out going way, with her hands up and the biggest smile! As first timers, she took the time to give us a tour and even helped us with getting game cards when we were having issues. Now Braden! My guy Braden was TOP TIER! He joked with us , continuously checking on us every time he saw is! I can tell he genuinely cares and loves his job to the max! My daughter lost gift card , Braden took the time to help look for it, but another staff by the name Elijah said someone thankfully turned it in and went and got it for us! I can tell the staff are genuine and love their job as well! Thank you Spy Ninja for a 10 out of 10 experience! I cannot wait to bring my daughter back!
