Zero Accountability – Do Not Shop Here If you want to throw $$$ in the trash, this is the place to go. I purchased a product from the Baltimore location, took it straight home, and it was completely defective right out of the box. When I took it back to simply exchange it for one that actually works, they flat-out refused. It is incredibly shady for a business to refuse to stand behind the products on their own shelves. Be warned: if they sell you broken merchandise, you are stuck with it. Save your money and go to a store that actually respects its customers and has a decent return policy.

It is incredibly frustrating to drop money on something only to find out it’s a paperweight, and it is entirely unacceptable for a business to leave you hanging like that. When a store won't even honor a basic exchange for an item that is broken right out of the box, they absolutely deserve to be called out for it.

Ended up getting a defective product and they wouldn’t exchange it so I went to another place and got it for $15 less and they said if anything happened to it I can replace it. I would just tell you go to big top..

Colby was a great sales woman, she explained the difference in each toy they had and then when I purchased she even put batteries in to test it

Nancy was the best employee. Extremely Helpful . She made the experience enjoyable.
