I'm a delivery driver and I was picking up an order for a customer when I had to use the facilities and it was really bad and I had asked really nicely if I could use it, one of the employees was nice to me and said no, but then he turned out and tried asking the other employee if it was okay, she right out was rude to say no, and he goes, she got the disability she acted like she didn't care, she turned around and told me to go across the street. This is not the way one human should treat another human, but If you like people treat you with disrespect or or act like they have no compassion whatsoever for a human being. I would go to the store unfortunately, I can treat somebody like that, nor do I want to be treated the way she treated me. So no I do not say nothing kindly about the store I if there was a 0 rating I would give that, and I'm not going back there no more

Today was my first visit to this store ever in my life. I was not greeted when I walker in and wasn't asked by anyone if I needed help. The lady that was working quite literally told other customers trying to come into the store that she was waiting on us to leave so she could close for her 30 minute break. I understand that breaks are important but it is disrespectful to say that in front of customers. And when I went to check out she was extremely dismissive. I am extremely unhappy with their customer service. The reason I am giving a 2 star is because the store was clean and well stocked.

I would have loved to go inside the store, but it has never been open when I arrive. Their office hours posted are never acknowledged by the workers in the store. I have been to this store on three different occasions and each time the door is locked and they are closed. The first time was close to closing but the lights were already off. The next time was an hour prior to closing the and the lady was behind the counter and said she had to leave early. The last time was 30 minutes prior to closing as she yelled at the door we’re closed. My wife fired back what are your hours and she said we are closed. We have no reason to ever go back until this store can post actual hours or get rid of the employee that don’t want to work.

Amazing experience! I feel much more comfortable in this store than the others in town that offer additional amenities. Customer service is top notch and the employees are great!

Yesterday I tried this store for the first time. Upon entering the establishment, not knowing what to expect, I was pleasantly surprised how nice, clean and well lit it was. I was greeted by Darcie, whom I believe was the store manager, who asked if she could help me with anything, which was great as I was fairly new to their product line and adult entertainment merchandise in general. Darcie truly made me feel comfortable and personally walked me through the store, showing me the different sections. I had many questions but that was no problem for Darcie as she was extremely knowledgeable about the products and which ones were popular. Thanks to the customer service here I will definitely be back.

I visited your store in colorado springs yesterday evening. I showed up well over an hour until closing. I requested to try on some items that I had picked up off the racks, and the manager refused me to try anything on and said his dressing rooms were closed. I thought that was terrible customer service since it was over an hour until your store was supposed to close. I purchased a $44 dress that didn't fit me because I couldn't try it on. He told me there were NO REFUNDS on anything. I spent $197 in your store and left only to find out that if you spend $200 then you can get $25 off your purchase. You'd think the manager would have been nice enough to tell me that. Either he was having a bad night or he was just being rude for no reason. My girlfriend was with me and she also purchased some things on a separate transaction. When we got back to our room, she noticed on the receipt that he did not take an item off for something that cost like $30, so she got charged for something she didn't receive. She's taking care of that on her own. But all in all, it was a terrible experience.
