The $20 cover charge is terrible and not being aloud back in after u pay or not being aloud to sit in your car for 5 minutes and getting yelled at is crazy. I will never come back to this place. The guy that works in the front is very awkward and doesn’t know how to talk to people but over all got bad vibes.

No star review but g requires something, over priced, horrible customer service. The guy at the counter made up a rule that was not written on the rules sheet. Which by the way is posted above eye level without any special call out. The made up rule and his verbal belligerence is sufficient to give you warning to not risk your mellow. What once was a cool place has become a do not patronize. There's other places to enjoy in the city.

I was there on Saturday 10/26/24 and the guy at the desk (dirty) was such a low life he started filming me talking all crazy because I told him he was rude and that the establishment would not ever be getting my money. Very dirty and smelly in the back rooms also. I wouldn't go there if you value privacy.

Just pulled up locking my bicycle before entering the door and guy some random worker calls me out talking some shyt about my music playing inside MY personal property inside my backpack taking all kinds of personal offense and very offensively prejudice offense towards me within 39 seconds of arrival. The man at the counter on Saturday nights is arrogant and rude. I paid in cash to recharge my key and he didn't give me my money back. He didn't agree and took me out of the establishment with screams and threats to call a tow truck and the police. The most enjoyable experience. unpleasant, I will never return

The guy at the counter is extremely rude 😒 yelling then starting fliming I was so confused I been comeing here for years with no issues then this . Over nothing him mistaken me for someone he,s had a issue with i don't even know this man .

The guy David thats works the front at night is something else. Awkward, not a people person and extremely aggressive. I took it to the store manager and she's ok with the way he acts. As a business owner myself the guy would never work another shift for me.
