Overall store design is easy to navigate. The two levels offer a wide selection of unique items. A HUGE detriment to this establishment is primarily the young males working behind the front counter. As I was purchasing my items, I jokingly told the taller of the two, " Smile. It can’t be that bad." He obviously didn’t understand what I said or meant because as I was turning to leave he flipped me off. I turned and asked why he flipped me off. He didn’t respond. Turning to walk away, I overheard one of the two say I could be their suga momma. Hence, the low star rating, and in the future if these two are still employed, I will go somewhere else.

The music, the women, the liquor sucks so bae. Dont waste your time. Only reason i came cus i had a free voucher for doing an interview but dont use your hard earn money for this weak shit. Better off going elsewhere

Only put 5 stars so everyone can get a chance to see this! Don’t get me wrong, I love love love shopping here & showing love. But the manager Ms.Teion lightskin w the short cut was supposed to refund me bcs they charged me for the wrong pair of heels which were originally like $109 or something like that. As I went to tap my card on the machine to go thru w the refund, it had a balance of $130 at the bottom (so I’m not too much thinking nothing of it, so I tap my card ) tell me why soon as I got inside & checked my card, it had $130 taken off. I went up there various times over & over to get a refund. Teion told me get my bank statements & email it to her to show proof that it was taken from them which it was of course. Showed the proof, my bank issued me a credit of $130 on The dispute while waiting to hear back from the company. Well yesterday my bank took out $130 from my account stating that THIS COMPANY DENIED MY DISPUTE. On top of that, I only bought ONE ITEM, so why the hell did I end up spending $232 on some heels that were $109??? Idk what kind of fraudulent activity they have going on, but I definitely want & will get my money back. This is so freaking sickening knowing how hard I work for my shit

3/5/2023 Very nice Adult store with everything you might need the prices were also lower than where i am from. The staff was very nice and helpful the store was also very clean and spacious. I was able to find a candle for my bestfriends cake im sure she will get a kick out of it.

This was hands down the filthiest Hustler store I’ve ever been in. I’ve been to stores in Washington, California and North Carolina. Not organized, nobody greeted me even tho there were 3 workers and a security guard right by the door. They sure said bye tho. Stuff out of packs upstairs, carpet dirty with garbage on the ground, nothing was faced or looking neat. Empty displays made it seem ghostly.

Amanda was so sweet and helped me pick out the perfect bikini 🙂 will be coming back here for more cute fits !

Had a great shopping experience, right off of Bourbon Street hard to believe that this is a place you can get away from all the craziness. But the staff was super helpful actually ended up purchasing some very unique items.
