Stupid policies! I went to this store to buy a backpack for my wife and they didn't accept the money because I was old. They didn't even bother to check it or call a supervisor. The cashier only said; NOOO!

So I'm a longhaul trucker that has been to many spencers, and this is by far one of the roomiest ones I've been to. The lady that helped me was super nice as well, but yeah tons of space!

Amber is the best! Best customer service and very polite will help you with anything honestly a manger needs to tell her she's doing a great job and and keeping the spencer's experience alive line it use to be! Thanks Amber your the best 🙏🏻😀

I came in recently and decided I was going to buy something that was $15, when I went to the counter to pay I was going to pay with a $100 bill because I didn't have small bills, the cashier refused to accept my payment because she stated that they don't accept 100's unless the transaction is a minimum $50, I sure wasn't going to spend $50 just so they'd accept my 100, I gladly said no thanks & left.

I was at the store around a week ago on a sunday and it was pretty busy, but I was still able to achieve great service. I had purchased some jewelry and i had been informed that it was buy 3 get one free. I had been helped by daniel which was a manager i think. His service was great and polite considering how busy it was. I would definitely shop here again and kudos to him!

Workers were extremely helpful and kind, especially when youre looking something specifically!

This is the best place to buy your loved one's gifts, it will bring a smile to their face everytime!
