Horrible customer serive products are over priced and very cheap me and the husband bought a toy and upon first opening it and trying to use it is broke! We called and told them the product was defective and they told us oh well there’s no refunds and no exceptions! Don’t recommend this place to anybody

I needed to edit this review to share my own personal experience. Tonight my husband and I came in and were pleasantly greeted by Sarah. She was very helpful and made us feel completely comfortable while choosing our purchases. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the store, excellent service and overall ambience. Thank you ladies for making our experience a pleasant one😊

I absolutely love love love shopping here! The environment for one is amazing! The ladies who work here are awesome. I feel so comfortable when I walk in there. If I have a question she always answers it. I am a regular customer here and will be for many many years to come. See you soon!

the most horrendous adult novelty store that i have ever stepped foot in! it’s a hot mess as soon as you walk in. everything is dusty & they do not keep this place well stocked. customer service is the ABSOLUTE WORST!! they do not greet you when entering & they definitely do not ask if you need any type of assistance 😒 all i heard was them cursing up a storm & talking about their personal business out loud 🤦🏽‍♀️ DO NOT waste your time & money in this disgusting place!!

Was in town for a day, stayed for a week. Had a party to work and forgot a few things. Stopped in here by accident and loved it. Great selection of toys, outfits and other things a girl might need. At the party, all I can say is I had the best dressed nipples thanks to Fun Zone. Prices are good, and they have a wide selection of lubes and condoms for those long nites of fun.

Me and my girlfriend went in and purchased a toy for the first time and the employee recommended something that didn’t fit our toy so we called ahead of time to see if we could exchange it and she agreed so we went in and another employee sat there and told my girlfriend she chose to purchase it that she couldn’t do anything for us . As a paying customer this should have never happened . We’re giving you business and then to be talked to the way we were was so uncalled for. I will not be coming back to this store .

Great management. Much better than adult store on Ming. Excellent customer service. Great product knowledge. 10/10 Long Version I bought a $300 item online, but it didn’t come with maintenance items. So I start making calls. First, I called the adult store on Ming: Girl answers. I tell her I’m looking for two products and would like to know if she carries them. She puts me on hold for at least 10 minutes, but does check in so I know she didn’t forget. Someone else picks up, and after confirming that she has the products, she refuses to have them ready at the counter to make it a quick trip (I’d like to not be seen at an adult store like many of you). Her attitude sounded like she was too good for her own shoes. Frustrated at the thought of digging through sexual products (that others have touched on Ming Ave. eww!) to figure out the right one, I call Fun Zone on Stine: I’m greeted by a cheerful manager who sounds pleased that I called and proceeds to put a smile on my face. First, she offers advice that saved me $30. I know now that this store has great people. After explaining the other items that I need, I ask if she would please pick a stong brand and have them at the register so I can just get there and pay. She agrees, and as promised has them ready when I arrive. Her employees, two young females, were just as friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, I love it when I am treated well like this, and will definitely recommend this store to anyone who likes a great, fast, discreet customer experience. Thank God that someone in this town still knows how to hire! Again, 10/10
