Very well maintained store, clean, nice interior, and good service aswell. I’d say the stuff here tends to be on the more expensive side and I’d recommend ordering online rather than in person since it tends to be cheaper there.

Would have loved to be able to give more stars...however when we are here at 9:40 pm on a Friday night and they had already closed....the staff cranked their car remotely as I tried to open their already locked front door....could have made some money tonight....hate you lost out...

I’ve been a loyal customer of Priscilla McCall’s for quite some time and have spent a significant amount here, collecting multiple preferred customer cards along the way. During my most recent visit, I was disappointed with the experience. The cashier didn’t greet us and was sitting on the floor, which felt unprofessional. After making a purchase using one of my preferred cards, my husband offered to buy another item and I went to use a second card—only to be told I couldn’t. Nowhere on the card does it state a limit of one per day. Had we known this, my husband would’ve simply come in and made the second purchase himself. It’s frustrating when unclear policies affect loyal customers. I hope management considers revising the wording on the cards or better informing staff so future visits can be more enjoyable.

Today I visited here with my boyfriend. I appear younger than I am. The lady with the beard immediately came up to me and demanded to see my id, not my boyfriends, just mine. I handed it to her and she had to look at it for 30 seconds to determine I was of age when I clearly am. It’s not that hard to check an ID. My boyfriend and I began walking around to get what we came for and both the man at the register and the bearded lady were staring at us the whole time as if we were stealing or something. The bearded lady then came into our isle and stood right behind us doing some unimportant task instead of just waiting for us to leave the isle. She was way too close for comfort. She didn’t even say excuse me. We couldn’t even have conversations with each other about our purchases without feeling like we had eyes on the back of our heads. Expensive for quality I could find for less than half the price. Will not recommend to others. Creepy vibes here. Even my boyfriend felt extremely uncomfortable and anxious here. Came here once before and was treated rudely. I’ll stick to my favorite place- Cherry Pie. Highly recommend. Great staff, better options, and better prices.

I’ve only been here twice but the first time I went it was a older lady just starring at me THE WHOLE TIME while I was in there shopping looking for a specific lingerie . It made me feel so uncomfortable like I just couldn’t even shop or look how I wanted to because I was being starred at the whole entire time ! Fast forward I go again 1 week later and it’s a lady in like her mid 30’s just starring at me just like how the older lady was when I went the first time . It just made me feel so out of place and rushed both times because of the uncomfortable non - stop starring ! First off I was never greeted either time I went nor asked if I needed help looking for anything . The only time either of them helped me is when I was at check out and that was just ringing me up and bagging my items . The only nice interaction either of them had with me was when they seen I was a paying customer . I’m just saying have good customer service and don’t just stare at people if your going to work in customer service jobs !

Terrible customer service whether it’s for adult sales or not ..I asked for lubricant like a specific brand the guy in the store was like uhhmm idk over there on the wall all the while he’s got a whole testing and trial kit to the left of the register ..when I asked why he didn’t mention this prior to me making a purchase .. he said ummm idk I didn’t know I was supposed too …geez the lack of passion or service in your job my guy !! Terrible experience wouldn’t suggest visiting or recommending.

Love it, got a small toy that doesn't quite fit yet but with a little more practice it should! Boyfriend loves the toy he got and the woman behind the counter helped us all the way through even showing off some on the counter when we asked! Love the store and the selections with it.
