I bought "Oh Baby" brand male enhancement product there. After getting home and researching this product the only reviews I could find were negative and infact this product is illegal in AU with alarming statement such as DO NOT take this product take to your nearest pharmacy for proper disposal. I tried to return the product for a refund or store credit as this is not something I was will to do after researching undisclosed ingredients and potential side effects including blindness and even death. But the store refuses to give a refund or even store credit. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. I will not be taking this product.

Had to have an ID to even enter. Never have had this at any other Adam and Eve store but whatever. 21 years old and they wouldn’t let me enter because the ID was expired for like a month. Got pulled over and cops accepted said expired ID (twice!!). Staff was super rude about it as well. Absolutely never returning. If you actually want business, then maybe start allowing people in your store 😹 no wonder this place has such low reviews LMAO.

Shopped here previously without any issues but the vibes at this location aren’t good anymore. Asking for ID to confirm age before shopping? Completely makes sense. Needing to leave your bag at the counter? I get it, I’ve worked retail before This time I walked in this store I was greeted with deadpan/standoffish attitude. Immediately asks for ID, told me to leave and put my purse in my car. The girl explained why but was lowkey rude. Never said ‘hello’ or ‘sorry for the inconvenience’. I turned around and left the store less than a minute after walking in the door. I won’t be back

I will never go to this location again. I was asked for my ID which I have never done before at Adam and Eve. Then they got the nerve to ask me to leave my purse in my car. I am a grown women. It is not my fault that the store keeps getting robbed. Maybe they need a guard at their door. I will never go here again. They will lose a lot of business at that location.

Don’t even feel comfortable shopping there, because they tell you have to leave your purse, which is ridiculous what would I want to steal from a adult store lol. Even asked me for my id lol but I guess that part is policy. Never ever. Will I go in that store again.

Was sold a pdx with the exception it was worth the money I spent 168$ just for it to break within the first use , than when I called and expressed that the company didn’t get back to me and is not at all concerned with at least replacing this device ,they told me just wait for the email and go figure no email no warranty verification after I submitted it three times , I feel extremely scammed . Spent 168$ for nothing and no help added to retain me as a customer . I hope this review will prompt the company to help a customer

Went on a Monday night and service was awesome! Ever was the best and she took the time to educate me because i was looking at the wrong thing! Everything she suggested I purchased. Great customer service even with asking for an ID which is apart of their policy
