This store has everything you can possibly think of!! The staff member that was helping me was AMAZING, super helpful, professional, funny and gives great advice. She has tons of knowledge with the toys and described them perfectly. Hands down THE BEST customer service I’ve ever gotten in a toy store!!! Don’t think about it JUST GO and you’ll understand, trust me.

I went in a couple different times the workers were always really helpful and fun and easy to talk with if you have questions with anything. We had a conversation about bad middleschool emails.

The lady working at Lovers when my husband and I visited was very knowledgeable and made some great suggestions. It’s obvious that she is very sex positive and has been in the field for a long time and has probably seen it all! If you want some very frank and honest talk she is probably one of the best you’ll find. Thanks for being helpful and kind and not being awkward or pushy or get waaaayyy too personal in a creepy way like I’ve experienced elsewhere!

Staff is always super friendly and nice. They are very casually with you. Going in to theses stores can be intimating but they make it easy and made us feel more at ease. Gone in three times and it’s always been that way. It’s not a busy store either. Definitely is becoming our goto spot.

The woman who helped me tonight was incredibly kind. I believe her name was Audrey (sorry if I got that wrong). She was happy to walk me through all the different lubes and explain different toys and how to use them. Overall she was incredibly informative and had great customer service skills. Thank you for all your help!

I popped into this adult shop tonight after googling the area. I came across lovers, and it seemed like the perfect place. I was right! What really makes these places better than online is the customer service. Christina helped me find what I was looking for and then chatted with me about where I was from and what brought me in. She ended the interaction with a discount for my first time with them. Thanks for the humbling conversation and help. I'll be back.

The employees gave me excellent customer service by not making me wait on information on the products and on the merchandise. They where extremely wonderful in helping me find what I wanted. I give this "A Touch of Romance" on Tustin and Katella 5 stars for doing a great job at helping me with what needed.
