Chuck E. Cheese

I am 68 and haven't been to Chuck since the 1990'S. Well my Son and his family came to visit and wanted to go to CHuck e cheese's with the grandkids. I was apprehensive...dirty,kids sick.. really bad pizza.....BUT, I must tell you ..this place was super clean...staff was clean, courteous and efficient....but, the pizza was one of the best I ever had!!! Happy Papa here! Spent 3 hours with my Son, Daughter in law,and my grandsons...wow,Things are changed at CHUCK'S....I even met him in person..lol. Thank you for some great Family Time to the crew!

We visit this Chuck E. Cheese fairly often with our little ones, and overall it’s a solid location. The games are usually well maintained and repaired, which makes a big difference for kids (and parents). The food comes out quickly, and the restaurant is generally pretty clean. The newer trampolines are a hit with the kids, but when it gets busy — especially on Friday and Saturday evenings — the place can take on a noticeable "gym/locker room" smell. It’s not constant, but it’s something to be aware of during peak times. We’ve also noticed a lot of staff turnover over the years, but there is one standout employee who seems to be a manager — tall, blonde hair, glasses — and she’s fantastic. She’s always upbeat, actively helping her team, and clearly experienced. Her presence makes a big difference in the overall vibe of the place. On busier nights, they sometimes bring in third-party security, which we appreciate. Overall, it’s a fun, reliable spot for kids with a few growing pains, but still a place we’re happy to keep coming back to.

We are members at Chuck E. Cheese, and Emoney made our today’s visit extra special! He was so kind, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. What really stood out was when he let my daughter choose her own blind Peppa Pig box. It may seem like a small gesture, but to her, it meant everything! she was so excited and felt so special. As members who visit often, we truly appreciate employees who go above and beyond to create memorable experiences. Emoney’s positive attitude and warm personality made our visit even more enjoyable. Thank you for making our day brighter!

My granddaughter and I always have a fun time playing the games here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food is pretty decent as well! They have a great monthly pass plan that is a great deal, too!

My son loves Chuck E Cheese! This location is pretty nice, and they have the jumping area. It's really cool they offer memberships. It's really worth it if you visit often. You also get a discount on almost everything inside.

Chuck E. Cheese actually looks like a rat now! They made him smaller so he doesn't scare the children. The one in stockton has way less games than when i was growing, however, children still love the place!

My kiddo loved their birthday party yesterday! Hope gave us THE BEST customer service, please add tipping availability with payment. The food was okay, it’s about the kids having fun. We talked to several staff members and all were very helpful and friendly. We will be back!
