placed an online pick-up order & it got canceled because i called to check up on it. reason for cancellation in email: out of stock. even though i called at 9am to make sure it was in stock & was told it was before going to the store. even when i search the item now it says "hurry! 2 in stock". don’t annoy the employees i guess.

It was a great day. And the young lady Deanna was excellent with finding what I needed. I will definitely be back because of her welcoming professionalism.

This is nothing against this store itself! I contacted the store and the cashier was really sweet and helpful and directed me to call CS. so that is where the 2 starts are for. Now... Im really upset right about now! I placed an order online to pick up at this store and do you think it went through? HELL NO! do you think it took the money out my account? OH ABSOLUTELY! In Less than 1 minute. Now here I am trying to get someone on the phone to resolve this issue and all I keep getting is "wait for 15 minutes, you are in chat que" or "lets collect some information for a call back" Its been over 15 minutes over 30 minutes and still nothing! I gusss im just out of $40 and no products. Smh.. Never shopping here again.

I like this store it's super good they have a lot of t-shirts and funny stuff it is a little bit more expensive and also if you have any piercings I would go here to get earrings or belly button rings or anything

Got asked my pronouns and felt weird after idk why that's even a question now a day just feels rude I'm a guy but still I just wanted to buy some earrings and get out

This is by far my most favorite store in the mall. So much variety of whacky items to buy that is up to date with today's world and a throwback to the past. Great quality t-shirts, hilarious mugs and shot glasses, awesome lava lamps. This is an absolute must-stop-and-shop store. Workers are super friendly and always helpful, too! Never have I ever felt out of place here or unwelcomed. I will always come back here again and again.

Good sales, good stock. The clerks a little rude at times. But just one female. Every other purchase was a good experience.. but u should never let one bad 🍎 run the bunch.
