My Tropx - Former XTC Adult Supercenter

BRAND NEW THEATRE - (NOT SO NEW) started back AWESOME with the new arcade...it was getting really busy but had some issues. A little too much air conditioning, tvs way too loud...and now after 6 months - the same videos have been playing over and over. The decline of business in the arcade is obvious. No one is going to keep coming back with the same videos and paying 10 bucks and then also jump out of your seat when 5 screens are having climactic scenes and you have to hold your eears from the excrutiating loud sound. Unbearable. The good news - its a great place and easily fixable. Set the temperature above freezing, turn down the volumes...and change the movies that you want people to watch. Everything else is great. The only movie that i know of that can keep people coming back and watching it over and over was Rocky Horror...but that was a once in a lifetimne experience. Please change the movies as often as you want customers to return. Other shops change their movies weekly or subscribe to a video service that keeps the movies fresh constantly.

Visited My Tropx (formerly XTC) on 34th St S and was pleasantly surprised by how much they’ve improved the store. It feels more updated, more organized, and easier to browse without feeling rushed. The product range is wide. You can find straightforward, "vanilla" basics, plus plenty of more niche categories and costumes for people who are into specific aesthetics or roleplay. The best part is that it’s handled in a normal, matter-of-fact way, so the shopping experience stays comfortable and respectful. Shoutout to Jessica at the South location. She was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful without hovering or trying to upsell.

Dallas is on 🔥! She was courteous, friendly, super knowledgeable and squared away! She even gave me a tutorial on tickling powder oil and was able to explain the differences between the types of massage oil. She was just extremely helpful with a sense of humor and a great approach. She was Very easy to talk to and she encouraged me to ask questions and no matter how bizarre they were she had the answer. She said You’re welcome instead of no worries or no problem and it was so refreshing. If i was starting a business tomorrow she would be at the top of the priority hires list. I really can’t say enough positive things about her. Made for a great experience and i will def be back!

Stopped in here with my wife while we were on vacation. I unfortunately don't remember the name of the lady that helped us but she was very friendly and knowledgeable and even joked with us on the way out. Very Positive experience and would definitely return.

Miss jessica greeted us outside.She knew exactly what we wanted.Even though our description was extremely vague.But she has made it so that me and my husband are going to have the best time.Four days on end, she is extremely helpful positive attitudes.I couldn't have asked for more

Dallas helped me and my partner a bunch!! Helped us choose our strap on and what worked best for us. She’s such a great help and so sweet/friendly. 10/10 service!

Can’t speak on the whole store, but my service was awesommmee. I had a cashier named Dallas who went out of their way to help me find a pair of "Cinderella slippers" I really wanted had checked multiple stores almost lost hope.! While busy helping other customers Dallas never gave up.! I appreciate it they are beautiful thanks so much again 🫶🏽
