This place is very open and friendly. Lots of variety in products and even some bigger ticket items you wouldn't expect to see in a store. Staff is very friendly, and they have models of toys that you can touch/look at out of the box to help you decide if you want to buy it. I was pleasantly surprised that they had quality items instead of just all the cheap stuff. I found items I had never seen before. I love that they checked to make sure the items functioned before charging me for them. They also gave me info about the warranties on the items I purchased, so they were very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn't find was a specific brand of lubricant, but they had a large selection to choose from.

I've brought 3 vibators from here that lasted a week in the last 3 months. I dont know what's wrong with their inventory but I won't waste anymore of my money here. Trusted and tried brands still stop working in a week. I told the staff they recommended a different brand and that one lasted 3 weeks. I believe it's the store something wrong with the products they are selling at this location. DO NOT WASTE YOUR DOLLARS HERE ORDER ONLINE

Very helpful and knowledgeable. They never once not answered a question even the embarrassing ones. Night shift to close is the best time to go in my opinion. Great experience all around.

POST UPDATED Employees were super nice, informative Items are overpriced I bought a cleaning solution, as well as other items, and when I got home it had pretty much emptied in my bag, i guess it was for some reason not properly sealed. I called the store immediately and they said per their policy they couldn't do anything, spent money on a bottle I couldn't even use, even though I called within an hour of my purchase. Don't think I'll be buying here again Pictures of all the items just completely soaked from the bag UPDATE: The manager is an absolute doll! Ashley definitely righted a bad experience and I'm so happy! Life long customer!

Have anything and everything that may need to intensify that sexual experience. Prices are not too bad and a variety of each item to select from. The customer service is polite and helpful each time that I have visited.
