I went into the store with my boyfriend to browse for adult products, expecting an adults-only environment. From the moment we entered, there were children screaming and playing inside the store. A mother had brought her three kids into the shop, and employees did nothing to intervene. While the lingerie area is technically separate from the adult toy section, there is a clear, unobstructed view straight into the adult toy area. This means minors were directly exposed to explicit sexual products. While the 18+ policy is not posted on the door, Hustler has stated that all customers must be 18 or older regardless of which section they are shopping in. Both the parent and the employees showed no concern for the safety of these children or what they were being exposed to in an adult retail environment. It is deeply concerning that a parent would bring children into a store like this, and even more concerning that employees would allow it to happen. This lack of judgment and policy enforcement made the experience uncomfortable and inappropriate. We left without making a purchase.

Initially I was annoyed with the woman working at the front desk because she said I had to leave my drink at the counter. 🙄 I browsed the store which had a huge variety of fun items for the bedroom. I went to the woman at the front desk telling her I have a hot date tonight and I want to make a good first impression, what sexual enhancement pill is the most popular amongst customers. She directed me to the Rhino 24K. The woman was very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant with her banter. I never got her name but her and her associate are excellent employees. The Rhino 24K worked supremely well and my date couldn't get enough of me. 😁

Went there specifically for one item. Jonni was very helpful and knowledgeable. Will be back.

So much to chose from!! It’s a nice and big store! Prices are ok.

Very knowledgeable staff. Helpful, and able to make suggestions based on experience. I was greeted with a smile, and the sales associates are able to give great suggestions. I highly recommend this store over the Lovers close by.

I went in to buy a toy for my wife and I. The lady sensed my nervousness and helped me out tremendously. She was calm and non judgmental. I truly enjoyed my time there.

Staff are usually good, but today I was given bad advice on buying something. The clerk hooked me up with something I didn't want or need. Took it all back only to find out they do not refund at all, regardless if it is still sealed in it's package. I will not shop at Hustler Hollywood again. I understand not wanting to take back some opened and used items, but for pete sake, sealed products!!! Careful with clerk recommendations.
