This will literally be the last time I’m coming here- The only time I can get here is close to closing, which apparently bothers the lady because of her constant sighing and tapping, like I’m talking every other minute. She even had The nerve to walk by me and say """six minutes. "" I just came out of the store after purchasing my items anyway. The time is 7:43 PM Last I checked, the website stated that this location is closed at 8pm- Which when I had arrived the last time I was here it was 7:50 when I had gone to checkout. I told her I didn’t appreciate her The obvious attitude and annoyed us that I’m in the store and that it was most certainly unprofessional. Her excuse was her watching a hockey game, and the other team scored to which I responded and asked her what her excuse for the last time I was there and her attitude was- Yeah, she was silent. And in regards to me telling her that this is the only time I can get here She literally said that she did not care. it’s obvious that she doesn’t- I hope you have a nice night sweetheart enjoy trying to make the future sales with that rotten attitude and customer service.

Great store. Clean! Friendly staff. I thought the prices were a bit high at first but after looking online they tend to actually be cheaper and you don't have to wait for shipping! Win for me I guess. I read some reviews and was skeptical at first but then I was informed that they are a seller and not a vendor. Any product issues are the distributing company's problem and sadly they can't do returns legally bc of the type of products they sell. So, now that I've been there firsthand. I can say they are a great store, have welcoming staff and open an atmosphere, lots of items to choose from and they do try to keep the customer satisfied but within the restrictions of the law. If this review helps anyone I want to share that if you save the receipt and contact the manufacturer THEY will correct the problem but the store itself has its hands bound bc you can not resell intimate items, as it's against the law. Always say yes to a receipt. It can even be one without the amounts printed so you can be discrete. I absolutely will be returning and plan to visit their other locations around the Hudson Valley.

Staff here is very friendly place is very clean, they have a large selection of flavored condoms and luses. Large selection of movies as well, all types for whom ever. They have a good selection of dildos and vibrators batteries too. Blow up dolls and even those male porn star replica dildos for you ladies. Other then that this place doesn't have those booths or so I think. My visit here was nice they helped me find what I was looking for, even tried the toy to make sure it worked properly. I didn't feel weird or uneasy no one looked at me in a funny way like other places I've been to of this nature. Stop by today for a no judgment zone porn shop.

BEWARE! first time in store small but friendly women behind counter. bought numerous toys over $200. was told that one of the toy that was about $70.00 would work after charging for about 4 hours. charged toy all night but wouldnt work. returned with reciept and original packaging the next day but was told to wait 45 mins for owner to show up for any kind of help. owner final made toy work but i will never shop in this store again just shop at giggles or online

The staff members are very discreet and very helpful and the prices are reasonable and the store is clean and fun to look around they have everything that you desire in their.
