HUSTLER® Hollywood

I came in with my friend in good spirits and greeted the staff when we walked in. There were three employees working, and none of them acknowledged us or returned a greeting, which immediately felt uncomfortable. When I asked about shoe sizes, the store supervisor, Miya, cut me off before I could finish my question and bluntly said "no" in a dismissive tone. I am a dancer and have been purchasing shoes from this store for many years, and this location has always offered dancer discounts. When I asked about it, the employees looked at each other, questioned whether the discount still existed, and then told me no—charging me full price without any clear explanation. The behavior felt unwelcoming, unprofessional, and noticeably different from how loyal customers are usually treated. As a customer, the experience gave the impression of racial bias and discriminatory treatment, which is extremely disappointing and unacceptable in any retail environment. For a store in this industry, I expected professionalism, inclusivity, and basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience fell far short of that.

Wanted to give a Big shoutout to Hustlers . Gator Shack in Loxahatchee hostess a Naughty Bingo @ 9 every other Saturday and Hustler stepped up and donated a naughty gift basket . And You guessed it I won it ! Hopefully this can happen again to some lucky person. Thanks for supporting local businesses .

Great customer service, i had a young gentleman named Johnathon he was very helpful and very knowledgeable . I had a few questions about some product and he was very educated i never expected to learn something new when coming to hustler, you don't find to many people who actually love their job and willing to help others no matter what. I would love to talk to his management and let them know that they have a phenomenal employee who will make it very far in life.

I love this store! Huge selection and awesome staff!! Always makes you feel comfortable and very knowledgeable about all products. Usually has everything you'd be looking for and has a decent costume collection!

Choose Amazon instead for much cheaper prices and same products. The employees here are not very friendly and rudely dismiss customers when you ask for help. Credit card machine never works and I have purchased 2 products here that simply did not work when unboxed. Staff gives 0 disclosure on their "all sales final" policy. Amazon will treat you much better for a better price too. Save your money 🙂

I couldn’t be more pleased with this location. I came in looking for an outfit and with the help of both, Johnathon an Alix, I found the perfect outfits. They grabbed me all the right sizes and different choices. Because of them I’m leaving with multiple items. 100% recommend the store and the staff couldn’t be more amazing !!!!
