We had our son’s 3rd birthday party here and it was AMAZING!!! Our party host, Gianna, was incredible. She was so attentive, made sure everything ran smoothly, and had incredible customer service. I cannot thank her enough for making his day so fun! Highly recommend having a party here. The facility was clean, bright, and the kids had so much fun.
We had such a wonderful experience at Chuck E. Cheese tonight celebrating my son’s 5th birthday. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. The food was hot and fresh, which we really appreciated, and the service was excellent throughout our visit. A special shout-out to Gregory, who did an awesome job serving us and providing outstanding hospitality. He was friendly, attentive, and truly helped make my son feel special on his big day. Thank you to Gregory and the entire team for helping us create such a fun and memorable birthday celebration. We truly appreciate all your hard work!
The place is ok, no worse than any Chuck-e-Cheese. My point is, some of their staff could be more friendly. I was stopped at check-out by an elderly woman, who told me it was my fault that I didn’t have a stamp on my hand. I reasoned that there was no one at the gate when I came, to which she told me I had had to wait for someone and it was for my security. Like, are you kidding, what security you are talking about if there was no one at the gate? I could come in easily, so a kid could go out easily as well! By the way during my stay there I checked several times: the gate was often unattended. So, either have someone to always be at the gate or do not brag about safety of this place.
If I could give a zero I would. We went to the Naperville location. We were trying to redeem our tickets at the counter. The African American girl at the counter refused to help us. She was helping another family and when they were done she looked at my daughter and I and walked away. I waited for a few minutes and flagged over another boy to help who was on his cell phone. He asked the girl why she didn't help us and she said "oh baby I don't do white". He flagged over a Hispanic boy to help us. I heard him tell the kid "not helping white people" and walked away. I told the boy I heard that. His response was "you should try working here". I do now understand why we were the only "white people" there that night. If they are treating people like that why would they come back. Money is green. Money has no race. Perhaps this Chucke should try hiring better people. On top of all of this, the manager was right there. She heard all of this and just laughed. Disgusting!!!
Chuck E. Cheese in Naperville my goodness i just left there with my sister and i was so disappointed wow they bring your food to the table than just leave it there to get cold if i didn’t check in to makes sure we probably wouldn’t even had eat that pizza. I used to work at Chuck E. Cheese years back and i remember every time we would deliver somebody pizza we would make an announcement that your food is on the table, than the workers there my God, i think nowadays they just hire anybody which is so sad. The have this little play place where i understand that you have to buy the socks 15 dollars every time you come even though had some that i bought last time i was there worker there had told how my son can’t be in there because the socks he had on wasn’t new i was like wow the really trying to make money. Trust me i will never come back here. I feel like all the workers there needs more training and have more patience with kids the was a lady there and her husband the daughter i believe was autistic so she was all over the floor screaming one of the workers there was laughing i was so unhappy i couldn’t believe it, they picked her up left i was my God.🥹👎🏾
I took my kids here a few times and the staff and atmosphere has always been welcoming and friendly. Would recommend for any child that needs to burn off some energy.
I hosted my gender reveal party at Chuck E Cheese. It turned out to be an amazing experience. Everything went so smoothly that I couldn’t ask for anything more. I picked 11 am Sunday morning to make sure it wasn’t too crowded. Employees allowed me to come 15 minutes before the party to bring and set up all my gender reveal decorations. I had themed tablecloths, plates, other table decorations and balloons. Party host was there all the time to help. She came to ask for the food order right before party which was great because we didn’t have to wait long to eat once all my guests arrived. She had all trampoline passes and socks ready for 6 kids in our party . She asked me what drinks I wanted for the party and brought 4 or 5 pitchers. I forgot the exact number .My food order came out accurate. We had 4 pizzas from kids package and I ordered another 4 for adults. We had 12 adults. I was able to use all my bronze coupons to pay which made this party very affordable. Kids had fun and adults playing games. Party host asked me when I wanted giant cookies and ice cream served. She made sure we were right on time with everything. She boxed all the leftover food. After we had cake she helped with clean up. We were not ready to leave after 2 hours. We cleaned up the party table for next party and found a row of empty tables next to each other. We moved all our stuff there and played games for another hour. I picked Chuck E Cheese for my gender reveal party because kids don’t like boring restaurants for adults. Kids were entertained . Adults had time to chat and had great time too. I was very pleased how my party experience turned out. Highly recommend. Not only party host was helpful. Other employees were always ready to help too!
