I had a problem with an online store pick-up order and Shae handled it wonderfully! She was very sympathetic and understanding. I appreciated her kindness and willingness to help me as much as she was able to. Even though I had to cancel my order and have it shipped to my house, I still wanted to write a review highlighting Shae's great professionalism and customer service skills.

General manager shae was very rude. Did not show any happiness or welcoming when i entered the store. Said she couldn’t exchange my earrings. Shes only be a Manager a year maybe she needs more training.Look like she just woke up and tons of tattoos everywhere. Very unprofessional. Replace her find a new GM

This place is for finding those unique and a bit edgy or very edgy ( if you know what I mean 🤔😈). They have a bit of everything and PROBLY BE RATES PG. but this is a go to store to find that special gift for a fried that is not easily offended. 😈

Love this store but, sometimes a few unhappy employees are working there, otherwise awesome. 🙁

So I was in the store and this worker who called herself "the manager" started yelling at a customer I previously was talking too. Then she started cussing at the customer and she told me to get out too?! I was just looking at the buttons not even in the fight bro😭 I asked what I did and she said I was "affiliated with trash" dawg I just wanted to see the buttons 😭

Website says store opens at 10 AM Monday's through Friday's. Here I am on Monday at 10:45 and store is closed. Gggrrrr

pull up indaaa rickmobile and staff tried to make me buy a pickle rick dil~d0? and mr.
