After having the elderly gentleman working the register butt himself into a conversation about buying the game of life letting us know that the monopoly and clue games aren’t on sale (weren’t looking at them), he loudly complained about a small group of going girls being too loud. As my daughter and I were shopping for calendars we put one back in the wrong place and he audibly sighed and walked over and slammed - yes slammed the calendar back where it went . We were set to buy three calendars and instead put them down and walked out. Will never return. Terrible presentation in front of a customer, do you even train employees?

Everytime we come here, there is an older gentleman who is working, Tony. He is incredibly kind and fun to talk to. We even played a game with him and he taught us how to play it properly. This store also offers a lot of cool and nostalgic toys. Appreciate coming here and this man. He's great!

walked in and immediately an old guy working the counter started yelling at us from cross the store. ridiculous customer service.

The owner is the best! Seriously such a great and helpful guy! He is passionate and cares about his customers! Had a great experience and this store is a must to go to whenever at the South Town Mall!
