Secrets Boutique - San Mateo

Bought a vibrator and it didnt work. I took it back the next day and even the employee couldn’t get it to turn on & still wouldn’t exchange it. $70 down the trash.

I bought a vibrator at the store and less than an hour later I asked to exchange it and they didn't accept it. The box was closed. This store doesn't respect customers. It's disrespectful. The box was sealed. I won't go back to that store anymore

Haven’t been into the store for quite some time. Decided today was the day. Have always enjoyed BS’ing with the owner. Emma has always been Willing to order items if they don’t have what I’m looking for. The only adult store in the area. Hope she doesn’t decide to retire anytime soon!

Absolutely the rudest customer service I’ve ever experienced in any kind of store. The owner harassed me the entire time I was there for the crime of entering the store on the phone. She loudly proclaimed she didn’t need my business because she’s owned all the Secrets Boutiques for decades and recommended I shop online instead. I recommend other customers do the same and avoid this franchise entirely.

Cute little adult store tucked away in plain sight, the lady inside was sweet and I couldn't help it it glows in the dark

Great place! Always a great convo with the amazing lady behind the counter. They’ve even brought in product based off my recommendations! It’s on the pricier side, but they’ve got a great selection of everything and it’s right there for the taking, no waiting which to me is worth the extra couple bucks!

It was a horrible first time experience. The cashier was extremely rude with any questions asked then she forcibly made it uncomfortable and uninviting to be in the store.
