Beach Access

Nice free beach. Camped through the late December weekend. Bring mosquito repellant just in case. Maintained well by the park. Trash containers spaced out near entrances and along dune line.

Beautiful wide drivable beach. No fees to drive on like Surfside beach, 14 consecutive day stay limit for camping.

Beach is clean and the water was clear. They've done a great job keeping things nice here. The crowd was calm and lots of families were enjoying the surf. Police were on patrol. And ice cream men were making the rounds. It was great!

This was an awesome beach. Surfside beach in Surfside, Texas. You can drive right onto the beach. The atmosphere was fantastic that day. The water was beautiful. I had an absolutely fantastic day. I would highly recommend this beach. It's good for any age.I also loved all the driftwood scattered along the beach.

Good beach day. Not crowded and beautiful weather.

Hard to see the signs for beach access at night. Other than that, it was a nice area, very clean. A great relaxing experience.

Surfside 1st free public beach entrance is solid. Didn't get stuck in or out. Water still cold March 2025.
