Love this spot!! Tacos were great as well as the Ahi Tuna. The beach spritz is delish. Especially love the beach area! Can't wait for this summer. We'll be back!

It is a small beach in North Sheridan, in Edge water area. Chicago the view is great from here. In winter it is totally frozen and in summer's it's full of people from all walk of lives there is one restaurant also but only opens in summer..

Osterman Beach House, officially known as Kathy Osterman Beach House, is the best gay cabana beach bar in the Mid West. Enjoy umbrella tropical cocktails and visions of hot men on the beach, it's a paradise like resort on Lake Michigan!

Really fun, big beach. The clubhouse has clean restrooms, a shower for feet and bodies, and there's a wheelchair accessible trail that goes almost all the way to the water. Good for families and also a gay beach! Lots of fun. Nice grassy picnic area and right on the LSD bike path.

Best Gay beach on the planet! Very lively, people bring speakers, drinks, tents, volleyball Frisbee and friends!

LGBTQIA2S+ friendly large beach, with clean & spacious bathroom facilities, water fountains, volleyball court poles & concessions. Don’t be surprised to find topless women or people dressed in bondage in the daytime. No one blinks an eye because everyone minds their own business & are just comfortable being themselves. Only downside to this beach is parking can be a little tough, but there is free parking around if you’re willing to walk.

Great beach. Very clean, large and not crowded. Even when it’s crowded it doesn’t feel crowded. The few negatives are the loud music from many of the patrons. People bring giant speakers and blast them. I like music but I use my headphones. Some people are there to relax and listen to sounds of nature. The life guards don’t say anything. There are also a lot of dogs running around unleashed. I’ve literally seen them relive themselves and the owners don’t bother picking up after them. This happens during the day and evening. With that said it is the nicest beach in Chicago. I’m fortunate to be able to walk there. Parking can be tough.
