Positive: The view of the mountains. Negative: Free breakfast is a granola bar, chocolate chip muffin, and/or rice krispie treat. It's across from a massive homeless camp. Washer/dryer don't work. No pool

Had a good stay. ||Room came with a microwave and a larger mini refrigerator. ||The pool was closed so I cannot rate that. I also did not try their breakfast so no review there. ||Hotel was easy to get to. Just a block off the highway. However the parking lot is small. There is also a lot of homeless in the area so do not go out walking at night. I stress that. There was no crime in the parking lot but just across in the park they have congregated. ||Staff was great and room was cleaned.

This room met all of our wants and needs, which were being clean, convenient, safe, near the stores we needed, GIANT WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB, microwave, VERY cold refrigerator, and a bathroom with a SECOND bathtub / shower combo. Driving down for our "staycation" from Park County, there were jokes abound between my husband and I wondering where we were about to arrive. Would our car disappear in the night? Is the tub even desirable to use? Will we be sleeping with bugs? The neat room and very low price (and not great photos available online) seemed too good to be true, but we're always up for an adventure. We were beyond pleasantly surprised for what we were looking for: kind and polite staff, convenient location, quiet, great hot water and water pressure, comfortable sleep, and great price. Hubby and I will absolutely be returning, making this a regular "getaway" spot in the city. Arrived 10/17 Check Out 10/18 10/10 great for non bougie couples if you know what I mean. 😉

The hotel is not that clean ants in bathroom somehow i almost got fired because I couldn’t join meeting call because the wifi cuts out your wifi average is 550 KPBS thats not even enough to search anything took a while just for me to this review. Fix your internet or At least clean the bathrooms better no reason there should be ants in there.

For the price, this place blew away my expectations. My room was roomy and very clean, I had a microwave refrigerator coffee maker in the room. I have some wonky allergy problems, and the gentleman the Front Desk really bent over backward trying to be thoughtfully helpful. Early check-in, late checkout. The area in general was quiet. Very easy access from I-25. I got stuck in a snowstorm and had to find accommodations quickly, and feel like I really lucked out. I would totally recommend this to other budget conscious travelers like me.

There are a dozen other hotels in Springs for around the same price, just go there. Hair all over shower and in drain, stained towels, beds were fine. I am honestly just relieved that my car had not been stolen overnight with the shady people hanging around outside all night.

Decent for the price. It's a sketchy area with many homeless and possible hookers. I would not recommend a family or kids come here at all. The pool looked small, never went. The room keys stopped working mid stay. Small stains on bedding and towels that were supposed to be new/ clean. Good option for budget stay but it comes with risks. Late checkout is a perk. AC worked. Basic tvs. Bed was decent, not uncomfortable or bad. Slept on worse. The bathroom door wouldn't fully shut so it could get awkward if traveling with multiple people. Om the Bright side the room had a microwave and mini fridge.
