Clarion Pointe Greensboro Airport

The hotel is at a good location. Super convenient with the highway being nearby. The room itself was clean. A few things I noted was that the tub in the room I was in did not drain properly. So while showering my feet were submerged the entire time. I did not request any shampoo or body wash as I had packed my own but did notice there were 2 dispensers in the shower but only one had soap. The other was just an empty dispenser. I did go downstairs to run a load of laundry. The dryer however was terrible. My clothes never dried. The employee was kind enough to run it again for me a second time free of charge but my clothes still did not dry. So i gave up and hung them to dry in the room. Check in and out was super fast and the employees were kind. Overall I had a decent stay for the price.

A pleasant stay with some notable highlights and minor drawbacks. The hotel boasts beautiful surroundings and a generally comfortable environment, though there is room for improvement in certain areas.The Positive:Beautiful Environment: The hotel grounds are beautifully maintained, creating a serene and picturesque atmosphere.Excellent Waffles: The make-your-own waffle station at breakfast was a fantastic touch – delicious and a great start to the day.Areas for Improvement:Sound Insulation: The soundproofing conditions are average. Noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms was occasionally audible.Limited Breakfast Variety: The breakfast spread is somewhat limited in terms of options and could benefit from a wider selection of hot and cold items.

I would have loved a larger variety to choose from for breakfast. Most of us eat bacon, and the only option we had was sausage patties. Also, not everyone eats pork. Most hotels now have body wash in their showers, and these two hotels do/did not. Overall, the towels were clean/white compared to the Clarion Pointe in Highpoint! Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. I enjoyed my stay!

Everything was satisfactory. My only complaints are (1) I called several times leading up to my stay to ensure it would be a crib in my room. Upon checking in I asked to make sure it was in the room and it wasn't...so along with all my bags, luggage, and child, I also had to bring the crib up to my room. And (2.) had an ice bucket in the room, but the ice machine did not work!

Amazing staff, super helpful and friendly day AND night. Breakfast was on point, always left full. Room was spacious and clean, had no problems with housekeeping. Great location, easy to get where you need to go.

Positive: The breakfast was the best thing at this hotel. Negative: The 1st room i was given, the beds weren't made. The 2nd room smelled. I guess you get what you pay for. We only stayed 1 night. Any longer I would have left.

Checked in a little late last night and the front desk lady has very nice and cracked a few jokes which was definitely needed after a long day of travel so shoutout to her! Hotel’s only a 10 or so minute ride from the airport. Plenty within walking distance. You’ll probably hear the airplanes flying overhead (depending on which way they takeoff) so super light sleepers be aware. I’m not the heaviest sleeper and I slept just fine.
