I visited Parkers in downtown Savannah to examine their Martin Dingman line of Southern Gentleman clothing. The store offered a wide selection of apparel from various manufacturers; I was particularly impressed by the extensive choice of polo shirts. However, the level of customer service did not quite match the quality of the clothing lines. Nevertheless, I was able to find the Martin Dingman shoes I sought and, naturally, a new polo shirt.

Went lookin to finally buy my first suit and Mr. Greg greeted me. Let me tell yall, Mr. Greg was flat out incredible. The report we built in just an hour was refilling. Unfortunately, I was on a tight timeline and didn’t have what I wanted. Despite that, he still made my vision come true by referring me elsewhere for the suit and another place to get it tailored in time. What a fortunate first time experience for me. I’ll remember this Mr. Greg. Thank you

I shop at J. Parker Ltd often and always enjoy the experience. They are a locally owned family business that gets it right every time! Last night, I realized that I needed a tuxedo at the absolute last minute. I called J. Parker Ltd in a panic. The owner, Kieffer, went above and beyond to help me out—he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and managed to find the perfect tuxedo that fit great and looked sharp. His outstanding customer service turned a stressful situation into a seamless experience.

I cannot say enough about the superior service I received from Greg at J. Parker. It’s the kind of service that almost no one provides these days. My husband had an emergency situation while traveling to Savannah and immediately needed a dress shirt for court the following day. I called the store and Greg luckily answered the phone. I explained the situation and Greg found an appropriate shirt for my husband, offered to steam it, and because my husband was not going to be able to get to the store prior to it closing, Greg offered to have it delivered to my husband’s hotel. Greg, thank you for your kindness and for the wonderful service that you provided. You went above and beyond, and I am so appreciative of your efforts on our behalf. You are absolutely the best!

I flew in from Chicago and was looking for a Barbour Beaufort jacket to try on, and as soon as I walked in I was greeted by their sales team. I asked them if they had what I was looking for and the salesman went in the back and didn’t even need to ask me my size. I was surprised that he presented and knew I was a 40 chest just by looking at my build! We chatted about the brands history and I walked out very happy with a beautiful jacket.
