for the price, the rooms are not that bad. I saw previous reviews and thought twice about it but I came to see for myself and is nothing like what I read.

It's a good place to go if you need a room and at a cheaper price, they also offer weekly rates. But overall not too bad of a place.

The place is cheap for weekly but there tvs and air conditioners don't always work plus went a week with out hot water very inconvenient

This place is unsuitable even for the homeless. The shower had hair at the bottom of it and the handles didn't work nor did it have hot water. I saw vomit on the carpet and the linen was not washed. The phone didn't work and the non smoking was a defend smokers paradise. If I could give it a negative 5 I would. Better sleep outside next time.

Worst place I've ever stayed this place should be demolished. Roaches everywhere. The carpets were sticky the whole thing. The rooms we're unbelievably dirty. Beds had bed bugs. Bathrooms looked like they had never been cleaned. But it's the cheapest in LA county for weekly rates at $340.

Well the water Temperature is good but the bathtub always looks dirty. Ladies bring your own comet. But the beds are good NO BED BUGS GREAT PLACE FOR THE PRICE

45years ago. I opened the door, didn't even step inside it was so BAD. If I would stepped in I would have needed a flee bath. Got my money back and went down the road.
