A poor excuse for a transportation company. Driver showed up a 1/2 hr early & wouldn’t wait for appointment to end. Spent 25 minutes being transferred 4 times & dispatcher confused whether it was a destination trip or return trip. Obviously, there aren’t as many VEYO drivers as Lyft & Uber drivers so a failed trip can add 30 minutes to 60 minutes or more to the wait. You’re obviously too easy on the drivers for them to get there too early & just leave. Start treating disabled & elderly better by making your business more efficient & effective! Totally unreliable.

Waiting on a ride driver canceled supposedly at my request, I didn't request that. This is the second time it has happened. Called insurance company to tell them and insurance company sent a new request. Got a text message say driver will be here at 1045, it is 1053 still not here. The text also said call your driver, but provided no number.

Veyo Company should close down and Mercy care should hire another source of transportation veyo Customer Service is very disrespectful. They do not listen Logic or understanding or common sense they cut you off repeatedly in conversation they hang up on you. It got so mad I had to have a case manager help me handle the situation because nobody In Customer Service that works for veyo Have no experience in the tolerance to work with people they also hang up on you and they don’t give a Crap about your feelings it’s all about them instead of customers always right Employees are always Right now, which is crap not to mention there are a lot of drivers that don’t care and that are dealing with the same problem with Customer Service as we are not to mention, veyo In general is unreliable, unprofessional ridiculous, a very cruel and unsafe, transportation that we have to ride with Mercy care please provide us with another source of transportation💔😭👎

F- for the company all around. Where should I start? No communication with the dispatcher and driver the company has a lackluster group of drivers. I’ve had everything from massive amounts of drivers who put on an over the ear’s headset and talking on their phone the entire time. I remember the time when the driver was upset about her bags being moved in the back. She then sped off and ran towards my roommate and then came back to the area and sped close to the roommate. Today was disturbingly bad service. From the initial booking for the reservation to how the driver was supposed to have dispatched and eta. I didn’t get the confirmation call until 30 minutes before. The driver was supposedly 10 minutes away. Then I was told almost 30 minutes before the appointment he was $13 minutes away. I have been lied to to try to placate me: Every time has been like that. I’m so sick of veyo unreliable and poorly run company. I’m warning people that they should keep their phones close and keep calling Z. If I could get a $1 for each interactions gone bad.Do not use Veyo

Unsafe and Unprofessional – My Elderly Mother Was Left in Danger Review Text: My old mother, who has high blood pressure, was left waiting over one and half hours in the Arizona heat. Despite being clearly outside, the ride was marked as "no-show," and the driver reported inaccurately that no one was there. She becomes very stressed when this happens, causing her blood pressure to rise dangerously, increasing the risk of serious health issues like stroke. The driver also showed no courtesy, ignoring my mother when she said "thank you." Other drivers have similarly passed by without stopping, then falsely canceled rides. This repeated lack of reliability, communication, and respect is dangerous for elderly and sick patients. Mercy Care and Veyo need to take immediate action to protect vulnerable patients.

A driver from here assaulted my disabled autistic son after he told the driver she was going the wrong way. She attempted to abandon him at a location unknown to my son, then sprayed him with pepper spray 3 times. and to make matters worse, she gave false statements to the police saying my son attacked her, which is an out and out lie. This person needs to be held responsible and probably needs some mental help, imo. This company needs to be shut down! They have no training for their drivers. Are there any rules or protocols these drivers are supposed to adhere to? This company poses a threat to our most vulnerable family members, some of them unable to defend themselves. My son now refuses to get in the back of any veyo vehicle, and fears the out of control driver might do something else to him.

We use them for our clients dr appointments they used to be really good but since they have changed management they are the absolute worse 9 out of ten time they will not bring a client back. It’s a lot of stress on them and me plus I then have to get them an uber witch also is a financial burden on me. If you have a choice don’t choose them
