Claw Store

We had such a great time at the Claw Store! I took my family here and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The Claw machines are fun, clean, fair, and full of great prizes. A special thank you to Ella, who was incredibly kind and helpful. She really took the time to make sure my family felt welcome and made the visit extra enjoyable for my autistic 18 year old son. Her patience and positive energy truly stood out. We can’t wait to come back again!

Claw Store is literally so much fun! We came here for my boyfriend's birthday. This was both of our first experiences at a claw machine arcade. Andrea was the sweetest, most helpful person everrr 💕 She was more than willing to assist us with whatever we needed answering all of our questions! Excellent custom service, encouraged us to join the loyalty program and really made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you, Claw Store! We will definitely be back ☺️

We went next store for ice cream and then saw this claw place so I promised our two goldens that I would win them a new toy so thank you Belinda for the confidence in winning one for my bois!!!! They love it. I will def be back and if you haven’t checked this place out yet. I highly suggest you get to it… yesterday! lol

The Claw Store in Summerlin is hands down the best claw machine place we’ve been to in Las Vegas. The space is bright, beautiful, and full of well-organized machines with great prizes. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping the place clean and fun. What really made our visit special was the owner, Mark. He gave us amazing service and was incredibly kind to my 4-year-old. He even gave my kid a few extra tokens so he could keep trying to win something. On top of that, Mark actually helped organize the dolls inside the machine in a way that made it possible for my son to grab one. When the claw finally picked up the doll, my son was so happy — it absolutely made his day. You don’t see that kind of genuine customer care very often. We loved the experience and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend if you’re in Summerlin and want a fun place to take the kids (or just test your claw skills). ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Had such a great experience celebrating my niece’s birthday at the Claw Store! Mark and his team went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They were so helpful, organized, and kept the energy fun for the kids the entire time. Everyone had a blast, and it made the party stress-free for the parents too. Couldn’t have asked for a better team—thank you for making her day unforgettable!
