Night Shift Baltimore

I came in Wednesday night specifically to see Lilly & Tab. Unfortunately Tab is no longer there, which was very disappointing. The overall experience went downhill from there. The lack of dress code really showed with the bartender. I felt really bad for Lilly and didn’t even get a chance to talk to her. She seemed completely overwhelmed and was running around non stop. The new waitress also seemed off. The entire atmosphere felt chaotic and poorly managed. It was nothing like any of the experiences I’ve had before.

Do NOT go on Thursdays or Fridays. There is a guy who thinks he’s a DJ and completely ruins the place. The music is absurdly loud, chaotic, and on top of that he constantly talks into the microphone. It’s so uncomfortable that you literally want to leave immediately. He absolutely does NOT fit this venue. Owner, please hear this: this guy is driving customers away. We can’t even talk to each other, let alone communicate with the dancers. I had to ask a dancer 6–7 times for a lap dance because she couldn’t hear me at all. This is embarrassing for a venue like this. Please put an end to it.

Now that they are open during the afternoon is definitely a plus the staff is outstanding security is good the music is ok besides the hard rap and the ladies are pleasant 🙂 just be aware of the gratuity of you don't know about it. Ask

Was a great experience the owners were great made sure I had a good time the dancers were wonderful the girls were hot I had a wonderful experience I meant some new friends.

Visited Baltimore with coworkers and decided to stop by Nightshift. The food was so good, the garlic parm wings were such a hit, we had to order 2. Highly recommend!! The bartender was beautiful and the dancers were so friendly. Thank you for the hospitality! We will definitely be back!

This club is a great place to get amazing drinks and food. Bartenders are awesome and the girls are even better

The bouncer van was super cool! Got a whole pizza to celebrate!
