I really like this location because it’s extremely convenient to my job, which is why I joined and why I’d prefer to stay. The gym floor is functional. There’s enough equipment to get in a solid workout, although some of it could use better maintenance. The real issue is the condition of the men’s showers. There are consistently drain flies on the stall walls and flying around. I’ve been a member for about a month and haven’t seen any improvement. I’ve also spoken with other members who have noticed the same thing. What’s more concerning is that reviews from over a year ago mention this exact issue, which suggests it hasn’t been properly addressed. Cleanliness in shared shower areas shouldn’t be an ongoing concern in a gym that promotes health and hygiene. I hope management takes this seriously.

Used this gym when I stayed at the Renaissance next door. I like that they have a separate women’s workout section, so it’s less intimidating. (The next day I found the dumbbells in the women’s section) But there’s no dumbbells in the women’s section, so I had to go upstairs in the general area to use those. Not a problem for me. It’s always annoying when people don’t put the dumbbells back on the rack because I had a hard time finding 25’s, but found them on the floor nearby. This place has everything you need for a good workout. Not a luxury gym, just one to provide you with the equipment for a good workout.

I absolutely love Fitness Connection in North Hills! The environment is always welcoming, clean, and motivating, and the layout makes it easy to move between areas without ever feeling crowded. The equipment selection is fantastic—plenty of machines, free weights, and functional spaces, all well maintained and ready to use. What really makes this location special, though, is the staff. Everyone is helpful and professional, and I want to give a special shout-out to Tenikqua. She is super friendly, extra kind, and a wonderful person all around. Every visit is better because of her positive energy. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for a great place to work out!

Fitness Connection North Hills has been an awesome experience so far. The gym is clean, well maintained, and has everything you need to get a great workout in. Shoutout to Maria she is amazing. She greets everyone with a smile every morning and instantly makes the place feel welcoming. She also made signing up super easy and stress free. Great energy, great service, and a great gym overall. Highly recommend.

Malik and Maria are always so friendly and welcoming at the front desk! They make the gym feel positive and inviting every time I walk in. I also know they’re great trainers — their energy and attitude really make a difference!

I had already decided that I was going to join before even walking in, based on the research I had done beforehand. However, Thomas gave me a tour today, and he was extremely informative and welcoming. What really stood out to me was how well he knew the members and the genuine relationships he seemed to have with everyone he interacted with. A major plus for this facility is the all-women’s workout room and the wide variety of machines they offer. I’m excited for my official visits to begin!
