I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and the front desk associate Krissy truly made our stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, she was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and answered all of my questions with a smile. Even made us restaurant reservations for brunch. It’s rare to come across customer service this genuine and attentive. She set the tone for a fantastic stay, and I really appreciated her kindness and efficiency. I’ll definitely be returning!

Excellent hotel at a good price. The service was great throughout. We had a corner room with an espectacular view of the bay with sunrises and sunsets. The room and bathroom were comfortable with enough closet and drawers. The only thing is that it looks worn out and could use a refurbish. The food was very good. We had breakfast at the Julian and dinner at Casa Cami. The lobby is big and comfortable. They have art exhibits throughout. The pool looked nice (didn’t use). They also have a small sand beach area and nice deck that could use new furniture.

Gorgeous hotel - loved the view from the room , the pool and the restaurant in the lobby. |We stayed for 4 nights. |We had breakfast in that restaurant daily, and the food is amazing, the portions are huge, we had to split it between the two of us. Staff was on top of everything and coffee was amazing.|Pool is heated, space is plenty and they have wait staff serving drinks poolside. |Beach has no access to water, just lounge chairs for tanning.||However, the rooms are not clean, not well maintained and security of the hotel has to be improved. |1) there are dust bunnies on the walls and around night stands. I dropped my phone between the bed and the nightstand , and OMG - it was disgusting. I saw chocolate wrappers of the candy that wasn’t mine, covered in long term dust. |2) doorframe of the sliding bathroom door was crumbling and we were finding pieces of the drywall all over the floor.|3) there was no security in the hotel and anybody could get into the elevator and on any floor- the card reader wasn’t working in the elevator . I checked with the front desk and they said it was because of the restaurant on 10th floor …

Loved the improvements Marriott has made with brand new hotels. The local art and little touches were fabulous, like the exford exchange shop. Lunch on the patio was phenomenal with great service and amazing food, the truffle pasta was to-die-for. Enjoyed the roof for sunset and glad we got there early. Check in was good and our platinum corner room with a view upgrade was much appreciated. Breakfast was fine, love the buddy brew local coffee. Overall an excellent experience. The unique lighting by the bedside was a cool feature as was the bathroom auto nightlights, but maybe a card explaining how to turn them off and also it took us a while to find the outlets on the desk so maybe housekeeping can keep them popped up just so new guests know they are there. Thanks, we will definitely be back!

Posting on behalf of my Mom Brandi: I had an issue during my stay that could have easily ruined the experience, but some exceptional staff members completely turned it around. From the moment I shared my concern, they listened with genuine empathy, and moved quickly to make things right. Kennie WAS absolutely AMAZING, answering my call early in the AM and taking immediate swift actions. So grateful for him, and his unwavering professionalism. Not only was the problem resolved, but they followed up to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied — something you don’t see often. Krissy was also very helpful to us and even offered us a very special gift for the inconvenience!!!! How thoughtful!! We respectfully declined, but just the thought touched us alone! Their professionalism, kindness, and commitment to great service truly went above and beyond my expectations. Because of them, what started as a frustrating situation ended as a stay I’ll always remember for the right reasons. I am a titanium member, and I will be back, and booked for this upcoming Monday again because I was so impressed. All the Best, Brandi.

Went to Julian coffe bar and was met with a server with a great attitude and nice smile. Was extremely helpful even though she was swamped. Made me feel special and valued despite her busy morning. Recommend several good ideas and I was impressed. Came back the next day and was surprised again of how polite and helpful she was. Her name is ARI and I just want to say thank you. It’s services like this that make a great stay and will bring me back. 01/18/2026

We walked into the hotel after a very hectic and emotional trip with our grandma, and Krissy at the front desk immediately made all the difference. From the moment we arrived, she took the absolute best care of us. She quickly got us settled into a room, offered us a glass of champagne, and even gave us a hug when she could tell we needed one. Krissy is outstanding, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about both the hotel and the people staying in it. In a moment when we really needed kindness, she showed up in such a meaningful way. We are so grateful for her and the warmth she brings to the hotel experience.
