Park4Cruise

I will begin by saying I have used Park4cruise in the past and had a good experience. A couple of days ago my husband and I came off a cruise and we had a bad experience with Park4. We waited about an hour for our shuttle driver, and then I began calling the number they provided. I left 5 voicemails over the next 45 minutes. No one answered the phone or called me back. Finally, my husband (80+ years old) had to walk and get the car. Then he picked me (and our luggage) up. Park4 should not advertise free shuttle if they don’t have it. Also, they give a phone number (we returned to port on a Saturday) but no one answers to help resolve issues or give explanations. It was two hours from the time we began waiting until my husband returned with our car. In addition to being physically difficult, it was very stressful.

We just pulled up and were taken care of. It was $77 cash for for 7 night cruise on Margaritaville. Felix took care of our luggage and shuttle us to the cruise ship. We did not leave a key, our car stayed in the same spot the entire trip. Felix gave us a card with the name of the lot, and the drivers name and cell number of the guy that would be working on our return. He told us where he would be and fortunately he pulled up before I had a chance to call. Amazing instructions and my car was parked safe in a gated lot all all Thanks guys!

It's wonderfully inexpensive parking when cruising out of Tampa. Pull up past the gate, stop at sign that will sometimes tell you there is self parking, someone usually tells you where they want you to park. There are shuttles to and from every terminal. Although we usually choose to walk back from terminal 2, it's less than 3/4 of a mile, you can verify where the shuttle will do pick up when the cruise is finished. Driver's of the shuttles work for tips, feel free to use that information however you want. We have never felt forced to, but we do give them a little something. We have taken 3 cruises out of Tampa, every time the people working at Park4Cruise has known more about what is going on than we do. We will park here every time we cruise out of Tampa, we don't have a reason to not park here. If we do, I will change my review.

Oh, so happy with this choice! The lot is very close to Port, and the attendants were prompt, helpful and ready to get us to and from Port. There were absolutely no delays both incoming and outgoing! Great experience!!

Parking was okay, but everything else was disappointing. There was no shuttle available when I embarked or disembarked. On embarkation day, I called multiple times and no one answered. I ended up having to leave my family at the port and walk 10 minutes in the blazing sun. When I returned to Tampa, I tried again, hoping service would be better. Someone finally answered and said they’d call the driver, but I never received a call back. Overall, very poor communication and lack of reliability.

Our cruise was delayed by fog for 10 hours and when we arrived to port nobody answered the phone. I had to walk to the parking with my son and my disabled husband. Awful service, find another place.

We used this place for parking. They failed to show for transport after our cruise, I had to walk to get my vehicle, no attendant and the gate was open. I will never use them again.
