Pier 2 Cruise Terminal

Our experience on Norwegian Cruise Line – Pride of America was truly unforgettable! From the very first moment we stepped on board, everything felt perfectly organized and welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Their warmth and professionalism made us feel right at home, or even better than home! The food was absolutely delicious, from the buffets to the specialty restaurants, every meal was prepared with care and full of flavor. The variety was amazing, and it was clear that a lot of love and attention went into the dining experience. The ship itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everywhere we went, it was clean, elegant, and full of good energy. The daily activities, entertainment, and island excursions were fantastic, we got to explore the beauty of Hawaii while feeling completely relaxed and pampered on board. A big thank you to the entire crew for making this trip so special. You all made our vacation in Hawaii an experience we’ll remember for a lifetime. Without a doubt 5 stars all the way! 🌺🌈🌊

It was an okay Terminal but not very pretty. There wasn't much there but open spaces restrooms and transportation. You can take a free bus to Hula Hatie in the Ala Moana shopping center. Walmart is only 6 blocks away. You can take a taxi or call for an Uber ride. Tour buses pick you up from the Terminal. The staff are friendly and no hassle leaving and coming for your cruise ship. Bring photo IDs and cruise passes. AC inside the area for using your phone. I don't have Wi-Fi here. Enjoy your next cruise to Honolulu!

Beautiful cruise terminal in Honolulu Hawaii. Very spacious and modern with fast lanes. Norwegian Pride of America makes this their home port in Hawaii

This cruise terminal runs like a well-oiled machine! We were immediately greeted by staff who whisked our luggage away (a major hint: put those cruise tags on beforehand!). Thanks to our pre-online registration, check-in was a breeze. Top marks for customer service – the team was so friendly and efficient. Have a wonderful cruise!

Located not far from the CBD, there are bus stops right out the front which will take you into town or out to pearl harbour, the airport is approximately 15-20 minutes drive by taxi. The terminal itself is fairly easy to navigate. There can be long queues for taxis when cruise ship passengers disembark.

Arrived in this terminal at the end of a French Polynesian cruise. Pretty quick exit with not much to offer in between. Unable to locate any WiFi. At the Uber drive up, some drivers will only stop for pickup at the very end.

Excellent Cruise Ship Terminal. Large, clean, well organized, polite, helpful staff, good amenities. (No wifi though.) Nice view from the ship.
