Gone With The Wynns

I started watching their RV videos a long time ago. They are very informative and cover a great deal of topics. Since they've transitioned to the water I've kept watching. Now I may not be planning on buying a boat anytime soon but I find myself waiting for every video. Nothing like that moment of happiness when it finally shows up in my inbox. There's nothing like sitting and enjoying your morning coffee, feet propped up, just relaxing to the feel of the Wynns. It truly is the highlight of my week. I may never travel to all of these places. But at least once a week, and at least for a little while, I'M THERE! The sun in your face. The Wynns in your sail. Diving for lobster or reeling in a Fresh Catch of the Day. Hiking up mountains just to feel the sun-kissed waterfall on your back while you dance in its rain. Our even race through the night with your lights out trying not to attract the attention of possible pirates... Or whomever is in that boat behind you. I was just interested in the RV tips and tricks but now I am enthralled in their countless world adventures. Maybe I am truly wishing I was Gone With the Wynns. See you there.

I've been following Gone With The Wynns throughout most of their motorhome adventures and their ongoing sailing adventure. Their videos are very well done, always engaging, honest, and usually cheerful. Their videos are smooth, well-edited, well-narrated, and well-shot with surprisingly little of the camera shake typical of YouTube videos. The website is clean, uncluttered by excessive advertising, easy to navigate, and reasonably well written. You might find an occasional spelling error, or the wrong form of "its", but in general their writing is very good, especially in comparison to other travel blogs I've read. They aren't experts at many of the things they do, and that's part of what makes reading and watching their adventures so much fun. We get to see them learning new things, growing proficient at sailing, navigating, tire repair, etc. Well, they didn't develop much proficiency at tire repair. (See their Alaska motorhome adventure.) Throughout their adventures they maintain a good attitude and convey a sense of enjoyment of life that translate into solid entertainment value. So good, in fact, that I was inspired to write this review.

The best of the Cruising Sail channels. The Wynns are masters at leaving the viewer the feeling knowing the experience of going where they go. They bring "Over there" to "Over here" in the stores they tell. Bravo
