Oceanside Harbor North Jetty

So I haven't been here in nearly 8 years so things might have changed, but oh well. The reason I was looking this spot up was becauae it was where I asked my wife if she would be my girl which marked the start of our journey. I was stationed on Pendleton and was getting out of the Marines in less than a year. We had planned on us revisiting and almost did bit life seemed to always get in the way. Anyways the pic I included had no filter applied despite looking edited. Beautiful day that day

The city maintains all areas very clean and everything is within walking distance. I would highly recommend anyone come out and see how beautiful the ocean is from this area of San Diego county

A bit challenging but worth it

Very fun but also dangerous, rock injuries are common remember to take your time. During high surf the jetty can be especially dangerous due to the possibility of wave going over the jetty. The navigational towers on the jetty produce a loud sound, stay at least 100ft away. Exercise common sense and you should be fine.

Very fun to pick your way out on the rocks. Slippery at high tide with wind
