I’d like to extend my sincere appreciation to Augusto, Carrie, and Greg for consistently demonstrating warmth, professionalism, and exceptional hospitality. Their positive attitudes and dedication make every visit to the docks a pleasure—rain or shine, they greet us with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Whenever I secure a boat from Freedom Boat Club at Salty Sam’s Marina, it feels like coming home to family. Their outstanding teamwork is a key reason this location stands out as a model of excellence and enjoyment. Thank you also to Erin for your supportive leadership and for equipping the team with the tools they need to succeed. I only wish every Freedom Boat Club location operated to this high standard. Best way to go! I have been a member since 2004. They have a great line of fishing boats, pontoons or just cruising setups. This is how it works, go to the dock, check out a boat. (Don't forget to tip your dock master) leave to go fishing, cruise whatever! Bring the boat back, pay for gas, that's it! No hassle no clean up, just a good day! I can not tell you how nice it has been to belong to such a great boat club! Give it a try, you will not regret it!

After two years I decided to cancel my membership. Customer service is non existent, I emailed Don requiring information, no call back, had an issue with invoicing, no one called. It is very expensive and you can't get a boat in the high season. They give you limited reservation opportunity so it is impossible to plan ahead. It is cheaper to rent when you need a boat. My advise to management is to improve customer service and boat availability specially in the high season.

The staff at FORT MYERS BEACH was excellent and extremely helpful from preparing the boat to the help with securing the boat at the dock when we returned.

I screwed up my reservation by exactly one month. Everybody at Freedom Boat Club Salty Sams worked hard to find something for me to use to not disappoint the guests that I had with me. They were Lifesavers and definitely covered my screw up. What a very professional and kind crew you have working there and they are much appreciated. Their actions say a lot about your company.
