This area serves many uses and seems to be quite popular at times for boaters floaters fishing and rv campers. I have only visited a time or two in the many years I have lived in Eugene but you can drive by at 60 mph on the belt line and have a quick look. Nestled between a water treatment plant and a sand and gravel plant. Beach with access to the river. RV parking everywhere but no hookups. Super close to the freeway. Long term camping is permitted by the city it seems so clean up after yourselves please.
