Jose is literally heaven sent and the very definition of hospitality. Immediately he made my fiancé and I feel super comfortable. He went absolutely above and beyond in helping us find everything we needed and informing us of future promotions. This man deserves a raise, promotion, and everything else!

I recently spent around $300 at Lovers on lingerie and pajamas, but unfortunately, the sizing was way too small. When I went to the store, I was told that returns are not accepted—only exchanges. I was very disappointed, but I still tried to find something else. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find anything I liked or that fit me properly, so I had to leave with items I can’t use at all. What made the experience worse was the customer service. No one offered to help or showed any care about my issue. They just looked at me like it was normal and made no effort to find a solution. I left feeling completely ignored and frustrated. If I had known about this strict no-return policy and the lack of customer support, I would have never made the purchase. Most well-known brands like Victoria’s Secret allow returns or exchanges within 30 days—even for lingerie. I truly regret shopping here and feel like I wasted my money for nothing. I will never shop at Lovers again.
